Case is :- 6 months After Marriage wife had a Epilipsy attack, 3 times in three months even after starting of medication after first attack... the Husband is still trying to get her out of that... tried from bombay to trivendrum all hospitals but never suceeded. This all took a period of 8 years. now in june 2014 to aug 2014 she had a brain heomorage three times. her lower limbs were paralysed now she is unfit for pregnancy also...but in hindu marriage act there is no divorce on the ground of epilipsy. Doctors are not ready to give in writing that she is unfit for preg.. is there any way that the husband can get relief..? the wife is not ready to give him permission for second marriage as her brothers force not to give him the permission. Till date all the expenditure is made by the husband..my mail id...adhiti.patil@gmail.com

I have changed my name vide affidavit sworn before an executive magistrate. But my affidavit has judicilal stamp paper on it. Will it be useless as sometimes it is written that affidavit should be bearing Non Judicial stamp paper. What can be possible remedies for this? Please reply.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I wanted to know that i have registered a Pvt Ltd company 2 year ago and opened a company account too. but currently my company is very less active and account transactions are close to nil. However i dont want to close my company and most probably from next year it could be active in market. So, my question is what kind of legal care should i take that my company not come in any legal issue such as any prospective fine or any thing else.
Please guide me regarding this.

Can i lease out my 2 Acre Agriculture Farm Land to a Pvt Ltd Farm development company in Andhra Pradesh/Telangana?
1) What is the Maximum Lease term that i can lease out? Can i lease out for 15 years?
2) Would 15 years Tenant becomes the Land Owner? by the Law / Land reforms act of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana?

I "SHAFEEQ" from Kerala, want to correct two fields in my daughter's birth certificate.
1. Father Name: currently written "SHAFEEQ A K ARAKANDIYI" instead of "SHAFEEQ ARAKKANDIYIL"
As per SSLC (10th certificate) my name is "SHAFEEQ A K ARAKANDIYI" but all other documents (Passport, Election ID Card, Adhar Card and PAN Card) my name is "SHAFEEQ ARAKKANDIYIL".
2. House Name: currently written "ARAKKANDIYIL" instead of "MEETHALE KAIPURATH"
As per SSLC (10th certificate) house name is "ARAKKANDIYIL" but all other documents (Passport, Election ID Card, Adhar Card and PAN Card) house name is "MEETHALE KAIPURATH".
I have submitted an application in Kozhikkode corporation office to make above mentioned changes in my daughter's birth certificate. I have submitted below documents to prove those details.
1. One And The Same Certificate from village office
2. SSLC and Election ID card
3. Witness certificate from my panchayath ward member
4. Correction letter from Hospital where my daughter born
But corporation office is not ready to make the above changes. Could you please guide me what should I do to make the said changes.

My husband threw me out of the house for want of money(earlier) and then filed a complaint against me and my parents. The police did not consider our side at all.
We were not given copy of the complaint. Then I filed an rti and after 3 months I received SOME docs today.
His complaint under "domestic violence, inhuman treatment and mental harassment"
-that I am sadistic, mentally and physically unfit to be married and impotent
-that my dad and my relatives have threatened him
-that the same he had informed his hr and after that I wrote to his company
-that co told him your family matters have reached co so you must resign.
Further, although I had asked specifically for ALL the docs copies, they have only sent his complaint xerox copy and nothing else like closure report. Also the day they had called us to the police station his complaint was hand-written. Now his complaint is printed copy with his signature.they have not mentioned the complaint no.
1.Does it mean that the matter is still under investigation? How can I obtain the remaining?
2.Appreciate any interpretation of his complaint also.
3.Can I make use of Rti to obtain any more info about this?
4.Please guide me to proceed further
