Dear All,
The query is pertaining to an issue related to service of one of my relative who is recently appointed in an organisation, after having experience of two years, at the post of accountant and completed around 10-12 days only since joining,
Further, still he has not been given appointment letter from his new employer and not any other documents confirm his appointment.
Now, the problem is that his new employer is harassing him mentally very much, working hours is of 10 continuous hours without overtime compensation, no lunch timing during said 10 hours of job and no leave at all not even of Sunday( all seven days working) and after all this he is treating him very badly with very abusive language causes depression at very level.
Please advice, what legal action can be take against his employer,

Hello Friends,
As you would be aware, in the Maharashtra Budget 2014-15, the Maharashtra Government proposed to exempt VAT on aircraft spares parts to provide a fillip to the MRO industry vide Notification no. VAT 1514/CR 46/Taxation 1, dated 11 July 2014.
So my question is what all aircrafts are included in it.?
Does it also include military aircraft ?

Only my father's name is present on the farm land Satbara official document maintained by the Revenue department of the Talathi office of the Village.
This was updated by my Grand father when he purchased some farm land through the money received after division of an inherited property.
My query is -
a) Is my father the rightful only legal owner of the farm land though this was brought from the money received through inherited property?
b) Can his brother's claim any right on this farm although only my father's name is available in the Satbara document?
c) How can my father transfer the ownership to my name?
Please guide on this.

Dear Sir/Madam,
There is a general store in my locality. Yesterday, I bought yellow rice from that shop and after coming back to home, while washing the rice, I found the light yellow color is coming out of rice and later after thorough washing, some of the rice becomes white.
I complaint this against the store, but of no use. He was saying, you have taken it from somewhere else and trying to replace it from here.
I don't want my refund now but Can I lodge a complaint against this to Department of Food Safety as anonymous, so that they can come and check if any adulteration is present in his store or not.

Respected Learned Lawyers,
I filed a civil suit in the lower court to annul the fraudulent registrations made on my ancestral property. The suit is prolonging for four long years. Though all the respondents have been declared ex-parte, one of the respondent who is a power agent and a fraudulent person is creating trouble by submitting invalid petitions and wasting the precious court time & prolonging the case. He appealed by submitting IA petition to set aside the ex-parte order after three years of the order. It got dismissed after a period of more than 3 months. Then he submitted another petition telling that he is submitting a revision petition and prolonged the issue. When that too was rejected, he is appealing now saying that he wants to file CRP in the High Court and seeks time. No doubt that every person has the right to appeal. But the fraudulent person should not be given any chance and that too without any ground.
In my case, the person dragging the matter is a Power Agent. When the other persons who claim right on the property fraudulently are keeping quite, on what basis the Power Agent can seek relief ? Can the court admit the CRP by the power Agent ?

Sir,
I have a fully matured Coconut Tree just besides the boundary wall with the neighbor. Some times during rainy season coconuts falls on the toilet roof covered by "TIN"of my neighbor and then they shouting a lot for it . Now they are claiming for damage of "TIN" and they call upon me and fores me to cut the Coconut Tree. Though I have already offered to pay for the damage of the TIN and assured him to dress the said tree frequently. But they do not accept my offer and force me to cut the tree immediately. We are being disturbed a lot every time. Please advice me... Should I Cut the tree?

Respected Sir,
Someone my relative is residing in USA. He is 85 years old. He is in in nursing home. He has property in USA and India. His son is his general power of attorney regarding all his properties in USA and India. One of his property in India is under dispute. Whether his son who is his GPA holder can appoint a special power of attorney to look after his disputed case in court and to appoint an advocate for the same??
