we have a small industry. for working capital purpose we entered an agreement. and opened a joint account. At that time i issued some cheques (existing account) for guaranty purpose. But thy did not invested single rupee. Now they filed a case on me section 138NI , and (FIR - court refed case)420 and 156(3) cases. recently some police officials sicked a notice on my house main door. police also calling for settlement. i dont know how to solve this problem. please guid me. here with attached draft agreement for reference.

Is it necessary that once ur SLP petition is dismissed than the review petition in the supreme crt will also get dismissed. I heard that the review petition is heard in the chamber and not in the open crt. Is it true. Can the review petition be heard unrgently if life is in danger.

15 years Past Incidence: My Grandfathers property has been taken by my mothers( Uneducated)cousin by taking her thumb impression unknowingly.
When we came to know about this some 7 years back my uncle ( Mothers cousin) was saying he will return it back soon…..
As days pasted we also stopped asking him thinking he will return back property but 1 years back he has sold it to someone else without any intimation….
When my Uncle took Thumb impression of my mother she was having 2 sons (including me) and 2 daughters all are of age 25 Plus…..and none of us have signed /put thumb impression in that letter.
The property regarding which is discussed above belongs to my Grandfather……
Is it legally ok or can we ask for that property now as none of us (Myself , My Brother and sister) have signed ….

In civil suit plaintiff files false affidavit,false documents ,
1- should I file application u/s 304 in the same court as case is pending.
or
2- should I have to file u/s 200 in criminal court.pl advice

There is property dispute between the relatives as my relative have filed civil suit on the basis of false/fake affidavit whereas the property in office of registrar is duly register on all legal heirs including me. Regarding false/fake affidavit I have lodged police complaint to register case agains the defaulters. But since police is investigating the case and in the meantime my relatives are filing false complaints against me with police and also sending annoymous complaints to my employer. Please advice me that are there any precaution that I can take so my relatives do not file false complaints and stop sending annoyomous letters to my employers. Can I approach the High Court in this case. Please advice urgently.

Sir - Mera ek dost he jiski matter court me chal rahi he abh tak 1 date hi gai he, is case ki hakikat kuch is tarah se he aajse 8 mahine pahle ki bat he mera dost garpe akela tha tabhi uski society mese hi 4 bande uske garme jabar jasti se gus gae aur mere dost ko metal ki pipese bahut bhuri tarahse mara ki use hospitalised kardiya, jabh woh 4 log bhag rahethe tabh kisi ek aaropi ka mobile mere dost k garme hi gir gaya tha. Police fariyad b ki aur offence was registered u/s 325, 114, 506 ( 2) , 114,452,427. Aaropione anticipatory bail file ki thi jo unko mil b gai. Police ne charge sheet aur dusre documents b court me ese rajoo kie ki hame justice na mile aur aaropi b chhut jae jese ki muda malme mobile ka jikr hi nahi kiya panchnama me unknown panch apne hisab se bana die. Sir is case me hame kese justice mil sakta he. Hamare pas eye witness b nahi he. Is case me hame kese nyay mil sakta he.pls help us for providing a justice.

Dear experts
Before 1984 when 17B was enacted High Courts and Apex Court were giving interim reliefs under article 226 to industrial workman.
Between the period 1984 to 2000 on illegal termination cases usually reinstatement was the trend and on stay application of management last drawn wages were given u/s 17B to workman.
Now days Labour Courts are giving more compensation awards instead of reinstatement.
NOw my question to experts is that in such situation of compensation award if management goes for stay by their writ under article 226 whether workman for his survival can also ask for subsistence allowance as interim relief during pending adjudication in HIgh Court under article 226 as 17B is not applicable in cases of compensation or HC have still power to give last drawn wages according to 17B.
Pls give some suitable judgment if interim relief is given on compensation award also.
