HOW CAN WE GET THE COPIES OF THE UTILITY AND PROPERTY BILLS,IN CHENNAI FOR PERSONS OTHER THAN THE OWNERS?
I NEED IT URGENTLY.FOR FILING IT IN THE HONORABLE HIGH COURT OF CHENNAI.PLEASE GUIDE ME.

My father had a piece of land which he had sold just few months before his death.The sale proceeds had been deposited into his bank A/c which was held jointly by him and my mother.Now after his death, my mother claims that the entire sale proceeds is her property.My query is whether, legally as a heir of my deceased father, I have any right towards a portion of the sale proceeds.If so, plz mention what exactly needs to be done to receive my share of the sale proceeds.

In my SLP petition the bench told me that ur remedies lies in the high court , you to the high court and dismissed the same, though I told the bench that keep my SLP pending, but thd bench told me that no need to keep it pending cause ur remedies lies in ghe high crt. Now after 4 months have passed thr high court is not taking my matter and the matter is changing hands through bench one after another bench.The only reason is that the Accused has high profile contacts. What should I do . Should j file a review petition.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased under construction apartment in Mangalore.I have booked this flat while launching.That is 2013 February.But I did agreement on April 2014.Actually present situation of construction work is very slow.It might take another 2 years.During my agreement he mentioned it will complete within 18 month and extra 5 month mentioned.Now my question is the time period for handover is from my booking period or its from my agreement.I really want to know the how I can legally challenge if he not delivered as mentioned in agreement.Please help me to guide how can come out from this trauma.

Sir, in a dishonour of cheque case the complaint has mentioned before court
that the accused has refused to receive the legal notice but accused told that no such letter had come to him.so my question is whether the case is maintainable or not if its maintainable the postman could be called for to give his statement or not

Hi,
I have purchase new bike on cash from dealer & at the time of purchase they have given me only cash receipt (that they have no setup of computer where the branch opened) i agreed, but later on continues calling, 2 personal visit to dealer office they have not only given me the registration number nor the bike documents, from 1 month only fooling me.
what action need to take.

This is for my brother . My brother works as software engineer in Bangalore . He went to Bangalore in 2007 and since then he is there . He is not married.
My brother stayed in rent house in 2007 . and has left that house to another house for less rent and again shifted from there to a another according to less rent and convenient of office . When he stayed in 2007 in a house that family -owner daughter complainted to police that my brother married her in 2012 . police investigated the matter and has reported that it is false , Till now my brother nor this lady has married . We spoke to our lawyer who then went to her house for investigation and from that home her parents said they are not aware of any complaints that their daughter gave .Police have investigated case and found that it is false. Meanwhile a lawyer notice have been send to our home town which returned back as address not available .She demands a home or 35 lakhs for closing the case. Neither she has marriage certificate or any proofs to show and fake ration card was made and police investigated that too which was also found false ration card. Can we file a case for defamation in this regard . Daily one or another she is giving false complaints and making our life miserable . We are from poor family and mother aged 80 cant see these . please advice how to sort out or what to do

if wife and other PWs allege there was no physical relationship between husband and wife.
During 313 questioning if the court fails to put the statement of wife that there was no physical relationship to accused but had put the related statement of other PWs will it amount to prejudicing the accused.
Since allegation regarding lack of physical relationship can only be told by wife if such evidence of wife was not put to accused under sec 313 crpc can such allegation be a basis for conviction.
However court had put the same allegation of other PWs to the accused.
Please clarify.

My mom expired last month and we have a property in her name in palaghat, for taking legal heir certificate in kerala village officer say her mother is the legal heir and not husband and children.
Request to advice on this.
