Sir,few days ago I hv resigned from job as I was selected in govt job in excise earlier I was working in a psu bank.I got my resignation letter from bank nd want to know that I did not take permission for my bank to appear in interview for excise.So it is ok or It may cause problem for me although I resigned from the bank, pls reply Sir.

when a partner having interest @20% in the two different firms and thes two firms are under audited and they are doing purchase sale transaction to each otherive party . is it cover under relative party transaction ?

Ours is a co op society duly registered with the dy. registrar of societies. In recent AGM a new team has been chosen but the tricky ex. chairman is not signing the resolutions etc. for necessary further action. What is the administrative solution ?

Dear Sir, I am working in a maharatna PSU as a executive from last 8 years. In a single recuirtment process I have got posted in projects sites and others friends are got posted to manufacturing unit. many peoples put external source and they got transfer to manufacturing unit. Due to my posting in projects sites, I am getting transfer in every years to other places. My wife is working in a central govt job in Govt of India. As per dopt circular of spouse same stations posting, I have applied to higher authority and I got transfer to my spouse place in a projects sites,but there is manufacturing unit also . now management sending always tour to other place projects site. I have gone 4 times tour to other place. but in one time I have returned due to my child medical problem without permission from higher authority to my parents projects site. Now I have a baby 8 months old only & my wife's healths also not well. But authority people are pressurizing to go to others site. By Dopt circular regarding spouses transfer & if any rules of human rights is available kindly inform me by which I can able to hold my tour to other projects sites. I don't want to go to tour to other places. kindly help me how to handle the above situation. If any lawyer is available from Chennai, kindly provide me the E-mail address. kindly help me. thanking you.

HI,
I applied for state govt. job and bsnl before getting a job in central government(dept of posts). I have attended the state govt. interview when i was working in postal department they did not ask for the noc at the time of interview. I resigned the postal job and joined in bsnl. Now i got the state govt job and want to join there, is there any problem since I have not presented the noc of postal department at the time of interview

My qs is can high court go beyond the rules framed by the constitution of India and the Acts that are decided by the crpc, ipc and the Indian Evidence Act. And go against the law commission of the country.Can the High court be held responsible for misusing its powers that can Endangers human life even after knowing that the Accused is a offender and a serial killer, and can the high court be made a Respondent. After all the high courts are ruled and governed by humans and human Error can happen .

My father in law passed away and we have obtained legal heir certificate from the Tahsildar Office mentioning his wife's name and son and daughters. My father in law and mother in law owned a flat. (50% each). Mother in law and daughters wanted to transfer the property in sons's name. My query is:
1) Whether 50% of father in law share is to be transferred to mother in law first.(or) Whether the entire property can be transferred to son's name by executing suitable transfer deed registering with Registrar office.
2) Alternatively, How to make settlement by the sisters to his brother. (Is it through sale deed or Gift deed or any other source)
