Sir,
I was working in BSNL as TTA( Non-executive post) since 2002. In year 2008, I applied for JTO POST( Executive post) in OPEN COMPETITIVE EXAM through PROPER CHANNEL and cleared and joined that post in 2009 after submitting TECHNICAL RESIGNATION. Since PSUs pay revision took place in the year 2009,NON-EXECUTIVES were given the following options to choose for their pay revision-
1. They can choose pay revision from 1.1.2007
2. They can choose from the DATE OF PROMOTION
3. From the date of next increment
Since i got promoted to JTO, I opted the revision from DATE OF PROMOTION in which i should get 30% fitment on JTO's initial basic. But, our Organisation refused to give that scale as I had cleared the OPEN COMPETITIVE EXAM. My colleagues who had cleared the DEPARTMENTAL EXAM in the same period are getting the benefit of SECOND OPTION. Their basic is approx. 2000 Rs. more than me. Since, i had given TECHNICAL RESIGNATION,am I not eligible for the SECOND OPTION??? I got all other service benefits like salary during my JTO training, old service book and leaves were carried forwardexcept THIS PAY REVISION FROM THE DATE OF MY PROMOTION. Kindly clarify my query.

My son's arranged marriage was held recently in India and both went to USA after marriage. But the Girl since day one is showing full of egoism & even Honeymoon booked in a 5 star hotel for 3 days was a non starter.Now it is 3 months still family life is not there. She is threatening my son of filing with USA POLICE of fake harassment case and creating scenes by shouting as if my son is beating her etc., Even apartment society has warned my son for vacating the flat if this is repeated. Even she is not ready to go her parents in India. How to deal with this case in USA. Can my son take legal recourse to send her to India for counselling? Thanks in advance for the guidance in this regard.
My son is on H1 visa .

Good evening all.
I am contesting divorce case with my wife. Divorce is filed by me on ground of mental cruelty. She don't want divorce. Now my question is :-
1. Have I to pay alimony to wife if win contested divorce?
2. Are both judicial separation and divorce same or have different meaning?
3. Can she claim right on house which is in my name?

Dear Sir , I am working in a maharatna PSU
as a executive from last 8 years. In a single
recuirtment process I have got posted in
projects sites and others friends are got
posted to manufacturing unit. many peoples
put external source and they got transfer to
manufacturing unit. Due to my posting in
projects sites , I am getting transfer in every
years to other places. My wife is working in
a central govt job in Govt of India . As per
dopt circular of spouse same stations
posting, I have applied to higher authority
and I got transfer to my spouse place in a
projects sites ,but there is manufacturing
unit also . now management sending always
tour to other place projects site. I have gone
4 times tour to other place. but in one time
I have returned due to my child medical
problem without permission from higher
authority to my parents projects site. Now I
have a baby 8 months old only & my wife 's
healths also not well. But authority people
are pressurizing to go to others site. By
Dopt circular regarding spouses transfer &
if any rules of human rights is available
kindly inform me by which I can able to
hold my tour to other projects sites . I don't
want to go to tour to other places . kindly
help me how to handle the above situation.

My Land is having Akarbad and Village Map only.my Land is not having Tippani it is in Scal Number.
Iwant to no podi can be done. or they Servery Department will give me endorsement

Respected sir,
sir i am a tenant in a property since 1960
from 1960 to 2014 two times i tried to purchase property i also enters into a agreement with owner before year 2000 but due to some disputes both time agreement fails and i was not able to purchase property.Now today owner is no more her doughters want to sale property . sir i have some queries as follows:
1. As i am tenant from more than 50 years my right to purchase property ?
2.If she agree to sale property to me but she quotes above my quotation?
3. legal remedy to me if she sale OR tries to sale property to some other party.
4. If she sale to other party then my right in that sale consideration.
please experts help me with your valuable views & advice.

i have taken a cash credit facility from the natinalised bank against current stock and collateral security is the my small business premises . whether it is in the called as current liabilities or as a secured loan from income tax point of view . in my books i have shown as Current liabilities

Sir,few days ago I hv resigned from job as I was selected in govt job in excise earlier I was working in a psu bank.I got my resignation letter from bank nd want to know that I did not take permission for my bank to appear in interview for excise.So it is ok or It may cause problem for me although I resigned from the bank, pls reply Sir.

when a partner having interest @20% in the two different firms and thes two firms are under audited and they are doing purchase sale transaction to each otherive party . is it cover under relative party transaction ?

can a strong reply to memo given to govt.official actually cancel it?
My colleague is working for 3 yrs. as a teacher in a govt. school under delhi administration.recently her file was sent to district office for her confirmation.
she got a reply "no enquiry is pending against the official"
now another file will be sent again which will include her ACRs,work conduct etc. for confirmation,so that she becomes permanent.
there are several lapses in this school's administration.it has no principal,but a vice-principal who also acts as DEO.she's on extension.
recently there was some lapse by the school and vice principal is trying to put entire blame on my friend and threatening to give her a memo.
i want to know:
1. if my colleague gives a solid,logical reply in memo which highlights the lapses and malfunctioning of school because of which this mistake happened,will that memo stand nullified or cancelled?or can it still be added in her service book or for taking any action against in future?
2. the vice principal has a habit of not giving the receiving of letters which my friend gives her because she's afraid my colleague can use them as a proof of school's lapses.
so if she refuses to give a receiving of the memo's reply,how can my colleague have the proof that she had given a reply?
