Dear Experts,
Both parties foreign natioanl at time of marriage got married in india in 2009 and total stay 5 days and our domiciled in Canada before marriage and got divorced there in 2010 the girl was also present and was served documents.
In 2014 girl lodges bigmay proceedings against the boy and parents .. Girl and boy dont even live in India ever together as husband and wife after marriahe and girl through her mother whos noe livies in india as POA lodged case and girl visits india during holidays.
Please advise if divorce valid and since at the time of marraige foreigns nationals should foreign marriage act applicable not HMA marrriage was never registered in India ?
Harrasment in form of 498a,DV and 125 also lodged in 2013 all these cases lodged after 2 years of divorce.
Key point looking jurisdiction!!

Dear Sir,
I heard there is recent amendment of income tax related to long term capital gains. Can someone help in below case
1) I already have flat and staying in it (E.g. Flat A)
2) I sold plot (E.g. Plot B) and having long term capital gain out of sale proceed
3) I invest sale proceed of plot B in buying new flat (E.g. Flat C)
Can I claim Sec 54F benefit (relief from the tax on long term capital gains earned from property) for Flat C after recent amendment ?

Dear Sir,
one of my friend family was disturbed due to mental condition . In their family his father mother sister. In 2013 neighbours put the complaint to deputy commissioner that their family condition is not well all the members of the family are living in the house. nobody come outside of the house for last three four months. after this with the compliant and order of dc police was come and opened the door or send to the 32 hospital chd for treatment . this case was also highlighted in the newspapers and media .after one month doctors contacted every relatives but nobody taken their responsibility . Then doctor contacted to me and told all the details to me . after 15 days Doctor send all the family members to PRAB ASRA SANSTHA for further treatment. Then my friend contacted to me and said that plz release my family members in this jail . I haven taken responsibility of all and taken back to my home . One and half year have gone they feel good . and live with us like my family in my house . I have done total medical treatment of all the members till now . My question is can I take legal rights for their property or anything .Because I want legally strong to handle the peoples talks . Because they think negative. plz help

my friend father was purchased property in 60 lakh to first owner in kharar or with registry. my friend parents was live in the kothi and one day a bank manager of hdfc has come and told 15 lakh loan was pending of this kothi of the name of first owner. present owner my friend was totally surprised and lodge the compliant of 420 in police station and also this case was highlight in newspapers of Mohali. police arrested after enquiry and report of D A league.But first owner take the bail and case is going on in kharar court . after six seven months my friend father died with this tension or fraud. this time my friend and her mother is living in the kothi . they want justice. Because his father has died due to this . my question is what will they do next for justice. because the person threat to him or his mother that take your case back otherwise I will do something bad for you. so plz reply ots urgent matter what will the do next for their justice.

Sir / Madam,
This is venkataramanan. Herewith this, I would like to know about how to file a case against a central govt. organisation.
I have written the exam for my respective post of Pharmacist. The exam was held on Aug 2014. The results were published and the selected candidates were joined by September. Before a week ago, they released the key for the written exam, held on August, along with the Question paper, in their official website. In that we have found around 15 wrong answers were found.
In this regard, I would like to know whether I have to make stay order or to ask for the revaluation of my marks, or wholesome revaluation of all hose who attended the examination.
If so, How much amount is needed to file a case or stay order in the High court.
Kindly provide me an expert advise from your side.

First of all a very Happy Diwali to all respected experts!!!
My query is that, i have a suit where i am the tenant and defendant's son. Owner(plaintiff) has filed an suit for evac on bonafied reason.
Defendant's unmarried daughter has an ownership flat at other place in same city and plaintiff is falsely claiming that defendant is staying with her daughter instead of suit premises and hence is in no need of suit premises.
So while filling the evidence do i need to put the agreement/possession papers of Defendant's daughter flat which states that that flat is on daughter's name only and not the defendant? Or this not required as it is a false allegation by plaintiff anyways and he cant prove that?

sir , i am "surajbhan kumar", my name printed on class 10th mark sheet is " surajbhan kumar" which is correct.but except this my name printed on all educational document is "suraj bhan kumar". there is space between first name.
plz suggest me what should i do??

Sir,
in retaliation to my divorce notice given on 27.3.14,my wife has put cases on 18.4.14 u/s 498a,3 n 4 of dp act on me,parents,my sister and my cousin brother.she has put 354 on my cousin brother.
i was kept in jail for 14 days n my parents for 12 days.we were enlarged on bail on 3.5.14.sister n cousin brother got anticipatory.my case got transferred to distict court from jfmc.
my question is
1)can we go for quash of this entire case in high court
2)how she can prove the 354 When even once my brother didnt talk to her or even seen her after my marriage.if she simply says that 'he has sexually harassed me' is enough for conviction?
3)what sort of evidences my brother need to produce to get out of the case
