Urgent land matters

my father and his brother has farm 11 bigahs which their father gave them out of this 3 bigha are on name of my father but we dont know which are this farm we want to sell them but are not able to what is the procedure to divide 3 bigas from the 11 bigahs .we have case on this farms we won the case but not collect the original jugment from court there is small kalam on this farms wat to do

Claim of gratuity

Respected All,

I have worked in a private limited company for almost 15 years. During pandemic time I have lost my job with the same company. Although there was no PF in the company. So I have claimed gratuity from the company. In that context I have sent a registered letter to the company and they have received it. But company haven't done anything. So I have sent reminder letter to the company. Now they had refused it.

Since I am not eligible for PF and gratuity amount is my only hope.

Please suggest if there is any way to get gratuity as I am a layman.

Conversion of section 9 into section 13 at same stage

Hello Friends,
Is it possible that section 9 will convert in to section 13 because if i will withdraw section 9 and file section 13 it will be time consuming, please suggest.

Partition deed

Hi,
I am illegitimate child , our father's ancestral property partion was done in 1981,when my father was unwell due to liver issues.He expired in 1982.I was minor at that time.In the partition deed all my father's sister,1st wife and his children's are given shares in the partition.My brother & me are not given shares in partition.we came to know about the partition deed few days back.pls guide for legal options,

Moot case problem

3.kobayachi construction is a statutory body established In 1975 which is in singapore and one of the top construction company
4.In November AAV called a tender for construction of a new airport in Gotham city several projects were give to kobayachi company from vindhya which is in india
5.Later this project of AAV was given to the kobayachi company and kobayachi and AAV company entered into contract and Kobayachi company agreed to finish that project by December 2020 and they started the project on July 2016
6. On March 3rd 2019 kobayachi acquired Lim green energy it is renewable company energy in singapore generating power using solar and wind energy lim green energy is a wholly owned subsidiary of kobayachi and it also powers all of kobayachi projects
7.later kobayachi subcontracted lim green energy to supply electricity for construction of the new air port in Gotham city the entire project is ruined by power generated through these solar panels by subsidiary company
8.by end of December kobayachi had only completed 70 percent of construction contrary what was decided in agreement AAV decided to terminate the contract for breach in the following month AAV had still not cleared all the dues for construction that was already completed since the final payment was to be done after the construction of the project The government also called for a new tender for compulsion of the said project
9.The AAV despite several requests from kobayachi failed to make the payment aggrieved by this kobayachi along with LIM green approached honorable Supreme Court of vindya for the appointment of arbitration wherein they had to select two arbitrators from a panel of 5 recommended by the avv AAV even argued that this Court cannot appoint arbitrators since the arbitration is foreign seated kobayachi is also seeking an interim relief

I lost money through fake employment agency offering Job in Singapore paid money to Rameez Raja of Sumarkand Tours and Travel Calcutta. I am not getting job and not returned back money sir. Please get back money from him.

Whether HITPA is a PSU or a Private Company?
HITPA is a JV of 4 PSU, each PSU having 23.67% stake and 5% in GIC.
It is an Associate Company of National Insurance, New India Assurance, Oriental Insurance, United India insurance and GIC.
It's audit is conducted by statutory auditors apponits by CAG.

Can high court transfer a case to another state?

DV Act case was filed in Andhra Pradesh. We live in Telangana. My parents are very old and cannot travel to defend.
Does High Court of AP has power to transfer case to Telangana?
Which Court do I have to go to transfer the case to Telangana?

Plea against order of grant of bail

Dear sir,
As mentioned above subject matter, im presently released on bail under section 302 ipc in 2019 by hon'ble punjab high court division bench after serving 5 years and 3 months imprisonment. The court while granting bail relied upon Dharampal vs state of Haryana, 1999 judgement and granted bail. However, my in laws have filed a plea against the order of grant of bail citing the illegality of the said judgement. My question to the expert team are:-
1. Under what circumstances, supreme court would dismiss bail given by hon'ble punjab high court division bench, if any.
2. Please cite any judgement where supreme court upheld bail given by court who relied on Dharampal vs state of Haryana judgement
OR
3. Any supreme court judgement where Dharampal vs state of Haryana judgement was challenged for above said subject matter, however apex court dismissed the plea?

Missing possession letter/certificate issued by the builder

I don't have possession letter and certificate issued by the builder for my flat. All other original copies like registered sales deed, sales agreement , allotment letter etc.are available with me. Now I am selling my flat and buyer is asking for possession letter. How to proceed? Does possession letter/certificate has any legal value? Registerd sales deed already has the possession clause as below

"possession of the said unit has been handed over to the VENDEE, the VENDEE hereby confirms taking over possession of the said unit from the VENDOR after satisfying himself and that the VENDEE has no complaint or claim in respect of the area of said Unit, any item of work, material, quality of work etc., therein."
