Could you please let me know what should I do.
I did not hear the first hearing and took a exemption as I was hospitalised. The second hearing i attended on 10/09/2014 and the next dAte given was 14/10/2014. However on 14/10/2014 I could not attend and the lawyer attended and got the next date on 03/12/2014. The same day I have a important interview to attend in Delhi. What are the consequences if I do not attend the case. Please advise and secondly the address mentioned on the case details is different from the current address I live in. Will that affect me in anyway however they have my permanent address of my father as well. Please advise me as to how I can avoid the same as the interview is very important for me to attend. Thanks

My uncle purchase one plot of agreecaltural land on unregistered sathe karar( unregistered Mortgage deed) , but we had possession of the said plot and we are cultivating the same , but 7/12 utara in their name. Can they claim there right on the same legaly. and what are ways to transfer on our name.

Dear Members,
I would request your expertise advice or suggestion inorder to save my family who has been a victim of false 498a, DV, Residence Order, RCR filed by Brother's Wife recently. Now through interim court residence order staying in my parents house and above cases are going both sides in full swing.
Initially my brother filed divorce, due to his wife and her family members harrasment done. Post which she filed all false cases against us.
Kindly suggest ways to protect my family against false cases filed.

My Grand father made registerd gahan khat in which he paid some amount to party against his agreecaltural land and party steel cultivating the same . can we claim our right on that land . please suggest

DISTRICT SENIOR CIVIL COURT INJUNCTION ORDER WITH POLICE AID TO US.THEN RESPONDENT'S ADVOCATE SEND A LEGAL NOTICE TO THE POLICE INSPECTOR AS THAT POLICE SHOULD NOT PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO US.HE ALLEGED THAT PETIONER PROVIDED WRONG DOCUMENTS TO COURT AND GOT COURT ORDER.now my querry is....
1)is there any chance to send notice directly after issuing court order?
Is this not contempt court order?

Dear experts ,
I am a salaried employee in a state govt department . TDS deducted from my salary . I have a FD . I have a agriculture income also . I have given my agriculture land to my brother on lease . every year he gives me 60000 ( average of 15 years ) from last 15 years . Since i was receiving lease income i rarely used my salary income , i also used my agri income to make an fd , i have also received cash gifts from my father , mother and brothers also . I also made an fd with the help of those gift deeds .
Should i file an itr ? What should i do ?

Filing pil against university

Kerala agricultural university has taken 130 students for PG programme during 2012-14. End of semester is June 30-14. By that time only 8 students has taken provisional certificates. Students from this university are not eligible for Ph.D. in this university itself and no other university in india except one or two. Because of this university irresponsibility so many students have lost jobs and Ph.D seats.
While we are asking them to do fast the work, they are telling we are doing same thing from 1971 and our speed is like this only.
This is the only Agricultural university in india having worst administration and there two groups in university CPI and Congress. Nobody in the office will work faster. There is no proper rules for thesis submission and each campus will have it's own rule. All rules in university are for torturing students only. If we act against them they will torture us more.
Universities are for the students. But this university is taking care of somebody else and torturing students.
how to proceed on this?
