Dear Sir,
A person died in DEC 2011.
He had taken a loan for business from the bank in year 2000 and his family did not know about that till date.
Do his wife and children have to repay his loan?
The man does not have any inherited property and his wife is a working lady so the house and funds are all generated by her.
Does the bank has any legal right to touch the personal property of the legal heirs?
What should be done in this case?

Is a lease deed for rental of an apartment in Gurgaon required to be registered? and if so:
What will be the stamp duty on a lease agreement for 11 months rental of an apartment in Gurgaon at Rs 3 lakhs per month with renewal by mutual agreement at a mutually agreeable rent, and who has to pay the stamp duty, the lessor or the lessee?

My name is Murari lal Kandoi and I live in Jaipur. I have 3 younger brothers, one elder sister and mother. In 1995, I bought a property in name of my father. In 1999, I made a notarized will from my father in my favor. In 2005, I took a loan from bank on that property. My brothers and my parents and my wife were the co applicants. In May 2007, my father expired, After one month, I made a registered Haq tyag from my other family members in my favor. Also I made a top up of that loan after that. This time me and my wife were the only co applicants. After few years, the installments were completed and i went to take the property papers but the bank refused and asked for a probate or a name transfer certificate. My question for the experts is that in that notarized will my father wrote that he had 4 sons, 1 daughter and wife which proves that we all are the legal heirs of that property and then the Haq tyag (registered) proves that I am the property owner. Then why do I need to get a probate (as I have heard that will made in plane paper is also valid)

Our society has limited parking space in the compound and those members who park their vehicles have been doing so for decades. can the managing committee pass a resolution to start yearly based parking rotation? or does it need approval of the house. many members park on the road so is it not fair to let them also get a chance to park in the compound?
Also a couple of members have 1 garage and 2 parking slots. The garage is not being used to park a vehicle but rather as a storage unit, Can the MC revoke 1 parking space as the member also has a garage not being utilised for parking?
