An offence was committed under MV act 185 and the driver (Owner) and co passenger were booked U/s 185 whereby their vehicle rammed into a wall and let on bail. No injury was recorded at police station nor did any physical observance of injury visible for the co passenger or for other two passengers including driver. One left of his own and later got admitted and treated for broken arm. He has registered a case with police for claiming general insurance cover for his injury which hasn't been recorded anywhere at the time of mishap. Whether he being equal party to offense can claim readdress under any law for his injury. Whether insurance company will accept the claim or make insurer to pay the claim as it was case of drunk driving. Kindly provide insights on the ways to get out of this case.

Hello members,
i have received I-T notice u/s 143(2)/142(1) for the assessment year 2012-13.
I have submitted my return for the A.Y. 2012-13 on 18/06/2012 and the same was processed by CPC on 21/12/2012.
I got the notice on 24/09/2013 u/s 143(2)/142(1).Then again on 14/10/2014 i received the pending assessment notice in this connection only:-
1)Is it a valid notice considering time frame?
2)Is the ITR once processed by CPC be questioned by assessing officer as in my case?
3)A.O. has asked me to furnish details of all my family members with regard to their occupation and Annual income with source.Can he ask for such details or can i decline to submit such details u/s 143(2)/142(1)?
4)How should i reply to such notice?

My husband purchased flat. Our booths name are in deed and my mother in law helps us for some money 4.5 lacs to purchase flat so my husband put her name as co borrower. The home loan is of our husband wife's name and my husband is paying the home loan amount alone by his income. If he wants to make will then how this property will be distributed. If he wants to make me 100% nominee of this property is this legal? Is there any provision? My mother in law already acquired property and land by her name. Kindly guide

Sir,
I am an ex-servicemen and now a central government employ drawing disability pension (disability 40%). Is disability pension (which includes service element) exempted from income tax? If it is exempted, under which section should i show it in IT returns? please guide me.

Dear Experts,
I applied for divorce under 13 1 ia before an year.As the respondent is staying abroad, his father has received the summons(with authorization letter by respondent).
Does this means the summons are being served and can exparte divorce be granted?

Sir,
Sale deed executed with oral condition that allow the plaintiff to stay in the house for 20 years.
Condition not fulfiled .Vakil notice served. the noticee influenced the advocate by money and the advocate wrote compromise agreement by his hand that the sale is correct and valid and with no oral condition and allowed plaintiff for 15 days more of stay and that the noticee need not reply to the notice and obtained the vendor's and vendee's signature and subsequently a suit was filed that the deed is non est.the advcate came as witness in the court and told party herself came and wrote the compromise agreement in front of me that the sale was correct. sirs, Whether the compromise agreement is valid and whether the notice stands as withdrwan.

Divorce/separation
I am Mr. Roy, Indian Hindu and got married 6 months back with an Hindu girl.
My and my family is facing huge problem since the next week of marriage.
The allegation against my wife;
1. She is a biggest liar I have ever met in my life.
2. Just after marriage week, she started complaining against my sister without any reasons. Initially I could not understand whether she can lie such an extent. But after minutely observation I am sanguine that she was lying completely.
3. Initially she praised about every one of my family except my sister and tried to convince me with her sweet talks to live separately - away from my family. And also wanted to know about my savings and details of expanse monthly basis even wanted to know about FINANCIAL contribution part of my father in the family as well but I tactfully bypassed all these very personal questions in that early stage of a newly forming relation.
4. She doesn’t want any discussion or suggestions from us. Believes she is absolutely correct always. If we ask her not to do something she becomes furious and react such a way that her kind perusal that she become my wife legally. During any argument or hot temperament always threats us about 498a and police custody.
5. Her parents always believe what she tells without minimum verification or clarification and always try to divert the whole issue towards us as if their daughter doesn’t has any fault. Only of us she is victimised and wants to stay back to her home only.
6. She never bought anything from her home to our house. Rather taking out daily usage cloths/presentations/gifts from here to her own even without our concern. And whenever come to my house after several request from me or my parents she asks me to buy all those daily usage once again.
7. Even after every quarrel between us she ask her father to wait somewhere and she goes back to her own house with her father. After reaching her own home doesn’t even bother to keep contact with us if we try contact her she responses but not with interest and gives lots of excuses to not to come back again otherwise set lots of condition to come back again most of them are living separately from my family. Living separate is not an issue but she doesn’t know any work and has no interest to do any house hold job only thing she gets interest to call her parents and let them know what is going on in per minute in her 'sasural'
8. Most irritating and annoying thing is that she also likes to inform each and every talk’s discussion and sharing between husband and wife to her parents in details.
After several request and discussion she come backs to me and stays 3-4 days and starts quarrelling with me without any reason and then goes back to her home again. Since last one month she is at her home.
We don’t have contact even last one month only one day her father called me and as usual tried to divert the issue towards me as if I am the whole responsible for this situation and again asked me to come their home to discussions.
Believe me this time I am also not getting any interest by heart to request/discussion again to bring her back to my house.
Please suggest what I should to do now.
