hello sir, mera naam rajesh hai mene 8 month pahle ek aircel ka postpaid conaction liya tha or uske sath mai internet roaming free bt main ek din k liye delhi se bahadugarh (haryana) gya toh waha mene net. use kiya toh mera bill. 800 agya toh mene pucha toh customercare wale kahne lage ki aircel ka tower nahi hai waha par isliye charge laga hai toh mene unka bill nahi bhara.bt aaj mori gate police station se phone aya ki tumhare khilaf girftari ka warrante ayaa hai. mene pucha kis chiz kar toh unhone bola ki kisi company se len den ka case hai toh usne wakil ka no. diya mene wakil se baat ki toh unhone bola ki kal court mai pase hona hai tumhe or pahle 2 time notice bhej chuke hai bt tum aaye nahi jabki mere paas koi notice nahi ayaa or file no. DLA344/CC bataya hai or wakil ne kaha ki tum agar out of court satelment karna chahte ho toh with in one hour 5300 Rs. dene honge aircell outlet mai 2500 bill amount or baki ka court case charge plz plz tell me wht can i do. mujhe kuch samjh nahi aa rha hai or

m father filed a partition suite 3yrs back,on 4th of this month he died,due to long time hillness suffering from kideny problems,my kind request is that what will be next step fro the court,who has to attend behalf of him.

A partnership fir was formed with 3 partners A, B and C in 1991.The firm was reconstituted on 1 April 2012 as one partner expressed his retirement. Now the retired partner is claiming his capital .How to get rid of such claim .

Dear Sir,
My friend whose age is 22 years was born in a hospital in Delhi.
As for issuing a passport now the applicant must possess a birth certificate.
My friend went to the hospital and the Birth registration office and could not found records of his birth registered there.
He now wants the birth certificate issued to him for passport.
Both his parents are sure that he was born in that particular hospital.
Please guide, how to register his birth and get the birth certificate.

my aunt had aquired agricultural land as she was landless in her village,she got 2 and half acres 30 yrs ago.she was married by that time and her husband found a job and she had to move to another state with him.since the time she aquired the land her father and brothers had been enjoying the land and had never given her any income.now she has the survey numbers only and her husband has expired and she has 2 daughters he has to settle.she is willing to sell that land or cultivate it and asked her brother(father has expired) to give her the papers of property,he is rejecting to leave the land and is telling her that the land is being cultivated by someoneelse,but he is actually enjoying it all by himself.
please kindly suggest procedure how she can get the pattadaar passbook or documents of the land.this is in a small village andhrapradesh ,ongole district.she isnt educated and has no support to fight with her brother who already has agriculture land of his own.

Dear Sir(s),
kindly share your expert veiw that my Anticipatory Bail of case u/s 498a is under hearing before high court. i am in under provisional bail as granted by high court and case was sent in mediation. mediation is failed. now, wife side is influencing my children to call me in several time in my office using bad language for me and my family members. even they are saying very bad language to the receptionist of my office when the reception says actually my unavaility in office. i want to keep my children but wife side is playing game.
sir, kindly suggest what to do as my job is under fear to lost.

Divorce case
gud eve sir/madam. I am rashmi from uttarakhand fighting for divorce from my husband who I don't like at all since april 2014. my parents married me forcefully in dec 2013. continuous hearings are going in the high court but my husband came only once in the court. he and his family also not showing any interest in the case. I am in agreat mental tension which I have told to his family many times but they are not listening to me. I want to know what can I do next to get divorce as fast as I can.
is it so that if there is no response from my husband's side, I will not get divorce from the court then in future. I want quick divorce as the boy I love is still waiting for me. pls help me and guide with the best solution so that I can also live happily with my guy waiting for quick and fruitful reply
