Respected Sir, I have completed seven years of sanad, now i want to apply for a notary, where & when i have to apply. what is the procedure? I have General Degree Certificate, is it required Special Degree Certificate? What documents are needed? Kindly reply sir.

A person having share of profit in 2 partnership firms wants to prepare a will in favor of his Son, stating that after his death the firm should pay the applicable amount of share and goodwill to his Son.
Query:-
1. is it necessary to prepare a will for the above mentioned purpose or clause mentioned in partnership deed alone is enough.
2. the firms are located at Kolkata, but the legal heir resides at Chennai, hence the will (if it is to be prepared) should be registered at Chennai or at Kolkata.

I had purchased a 3 BHK flat in Pune 4 years ago . Today when i just checked the index 2 , the area mentioned in the deed is in carpet area .. whereas we have paid the builder on the total area which is 30% extra . I even checked the blue print , it is also mentioned in carpet area .
There are total 6 flats in this apartment and all the other 5 members are also facing the same problem.
Please help .

SIR, IF SOME ONE MADE A FALSE BIRTH CERTIFICATE BY GIVING THE AFFIDAVIT THAT BIRTH CERTIFICATE EARLIER NOT MADE AND USE THAT FALSE BIRTH CERTIFICATE AT DIFFRENT PLACES INCLUDING THE COURT FOR MAINTENENCE ALLOWENCE. AND LATER I HAVE COPMLAINT TO POLICE BUT THEY HAVE SUBMITTED THAT THE CERTIFICATE IS MADE BY ME ONLY. CAN I FILE THE 156(3) OR CAN GO TO HIGH COURT

SIR , I WANT TO KNOW THAT IF DUE TO SOME RESOSON RESPONENT HUSBAND IS UNABLE TO PAY THE INTERIM MAINTENENCE ALLOWENEC TO HIS APPLICANT WIFE AND IF THE AMOUNT GOES UP TO 20000/- AND ON ONE DATE HE PAYS RS. 8000/- AND READY TO PAY THE REST AMOUNT IN NEXT DATE. THEN CAN HE BE SENT ON JAIL FOR NOT PAYMENT OF ARREARS. THIS IS WRITTEN IN ORDER SHEET THAT HE HIMSELF HAS PAID THE DRAFT OF RS 8000/- FOR THE LADY. THEN ORDER PASSED FOR 1 MONTH JAIL.

The just-ended Trip-1, of Mission-Mukthi-to-(Ajaya)Maeru of this sr.-citizen/JatAyu, has thrown up the following qn. The Jt.petition for closure of case by mutual consent, by me and my (practically, ex-)complainant has to be, to ACJM, Ajmer or HC, Jaipur? If ACJM, Ajmer does not have the power, why not to HC directly? Can ACJM, Ajmer get police to correct the Sn.Cr.PC, under which my 'crime' wAs perhaps wrongly booked earlier, and then move to consider the closure of the case? Wish this query is answerable without making it longer, with details of my alleged 'crime' etc.

1-BUT IN NOTICE ANY SECTION UNDER SERVICE TAX IS NOT MENTION THEN IT WILL BE VALID NOTICE OR NOT

wife file interim maintenance in divorce case u/s 24 & after that she also file RCR & sec 125. whether in both the place she can get award in interim maintenance

School not accepting cheque towards payment of school fees
Resp All ,
My son in std 3 is studying in private CBSE school in Pune .
The school authority never accept cheque whenever i go to pay the school fees .they always wants in cash . when i asked then to give the account number to pay the amount through Bank they even did not give .
Is there any rule / law wherein we can pay the school fees in cheque also .
Why is the school authotities not willing to accept the cheque .
