Hello sir- my father says " No need to make will becoz after my death, my all properties self aquire and ancestral, automatic become my mother's name. And she has full rights of property. Is that true???

A person born with a vision defect and he has been declared fir at the time of recruitment with this vision defect. Can he be denied for further promotions due to this vision defect where medical fitness standards for entire cadre are same.

Foreclosure suit was initiated by Mortgagee for declaring him as absolute owner in possession for more than 30 years from the date of mortgage.
The mortgagee(Mother aged about75 years.Orginal mortgagee father died) has 4 sons. However, the suit for declaration was brought by only by second son.
The RTC for the property claimed is in the name of Mortgagee(mother).
Can this suit be considered as bad for non-joinders of necessary paries?

How can I recover above 4 lacs amount from the party in a civil court which is belongs to Andhra Pradesh State. In money suits cases the which courts are having original jurisdiction in Andhra Pradesh. Please give the amount and court name in a table format.

Indian Divorce Act
Hi Ld Members, I have got a proposal from a hindu girl who had got married to a christian in her previous marriage. The girls parents are claiming that she has divorce degree. I verified tha fact in court records, they have got the judicial separation under section 22 of Indian Divorce Act that too a exparty order;
My questions are;
1. Is judicial separation a divorce under christianity?
2. If yes how do we execute the expartee orders for the second marriage.
3 if the previous husband come to know about second marriage he might raise an issue and set aside for revrrsal of decree.
