I am a dealer of iron and steel code 2041, which is declared goods under CST act,
Does a dealer needs to reverse ITC of 3% for the CST Sales made.
Please clarify.

Dear Experts,
The court of ADJ ordered to set aside termination order issued by the school where I was serving. The court ordered the school to reinstate me latest by 11.10.14. The school refused to reinstate me .I want to file application for Execution of the court order.
My question is
1.Is there any time limit to file application for Execution of the court order ?
2.Shall I have to file application for Execution of the court order on Prescribed proforma ?
2. Kindly email me proforma for filing Execution of the court order at my email id -ranjanayadav71@gmail.com.
3. Can my husband (he is not having law degree) plead my case if I give power of attorney to him ?

HI,
125 case was launched against me and the dicision was made not in favour of me by family court.
In 2007 dicision was made against me, and as per that I have to pay 1500 maintence to my father. Till,now I have not paid any amount to him after dicision, as I was went out of India. But now my father has claimed all the recovery way back from 2007 to 2014. As per my understanding he can only ask recovery for last one year. Please advise me what shall i do to avoid by giving recovery amount.

my father doing shop in ludhiana from last 10 -12 years.shop was closed from last 10 months but we giving rent every month.he never give receipt of rent. he forcefully took the possession. we launch FIR. HE take anticipatory bail.now police taking no action against them.our goods of shops not recovered.police is with them.plz suggest what we can do. they marked inquiry from commissioner now police is not with us.our investigation officer give wrong statement in court that goods of shop taken by corporation. plz help me what we can do for justice.

my sister in law lodged a verbal complaint u/s 406 and 420 of ipc that we have confiscated her personal belongings. A notice was served upon us to eturn her belongings, and our advocate had asked them to meet us at a mutually decided venue and each both parties had to return one other's belongings. Sister in law did not agree to that and went to police station and misrepresented facts to police and took away our stuff. What remedial action can be taken?

Namaste. I am a partner of a firm located at rajkot/gujarat. this firm was constituted about 15 years ago by registering parnership firm and we had bout a property making document in favor of the partnership firm. We are a registered Residents Association of RESIDENTIAL Complex.
We ahve a registered Association of the Owners in the Complex.
We have Apartments having varied Plinth area.
We are charged Maintenance Charges for running Common Area & its expenses AT LUMPSUM irrespective of the Apartment Plinth Areas or share of the UDS
TN Apartment Ownership Act 1994 says should be charged based on UDS percentage.
Association does not agree and says will charge at Lumpsum only.
Is the act on this account MANDATORY that all Apartments should follow or can be altered by Association of each Apartment Complex.
Please advice

Dear Sir,
I have a query for one of my close friend. A very old person having some assets says 2 houses, jewellery, household goods etc. When this person asked his younger son to arrange a will document for 1 house, then that younger son prepared document as gift deed instead of a will and get registered the 1 house in his name via fraudulent way by telling this old person as will. Later this old person came to know that this is gift deed and then he immediately send legal notice to this younger son mentioning about the same and stating that his younger son and his wife had prepared the gift deed while he has asked to prepare will document. Then this younger son throw this old person from the house 1 and did not offer meal etc.
Later after 3-4 months, this old person in sound mind made a registered will stating that both houses belong to him and he has will to give all these 2 houses and other assets to his eldest son and this will was registered in registrar office with witnesses. This old person has now died.
Now my question, whether eldest son will get right of both houses as there are many police complaints made by this old father to younger son and also, legal notice through advocate was served by this old person. What about assets mentioned in registered will. What will be the result of probate of will as per law.
