We have 5 acres farm house registered on my mother's name since 1992.In 2008,we came to know that the power of attorney by which we registered the land was expired and the attorney was given by the the owner to some one else in 1989.the same attorney holder filed case against us in 2008 in court.what are our chances in the case?
The previous owner is abroad and not interested in this matter.the case is pusuited by only the attorney holder.we are living here since 1983.and the land is agricultural land and we are paying the lagaan since 1992 and farming on the land.

I am raj kumar, i have two elder brothers, my father does jaggery business from 1979.. in 1991 my first elder brother joined my fathers business, in 1996 my second elder brother joined my fathers business, bt my father run the business in his name and purchased 4 houses in his name.. There was no record or evidence for my brothers that they does business with my father, bt there is witness, its me and my mummy.. In 2006 my father closed his business, nw my father is very cruel, he just threw out of my two brothers family out of our house saying al the properties are in his name and thus its his self earned property.. My fathers age is 66, he injured a mild fracture in his cervical bone in 2009, since 2009 my father was mentally disturbed, deppressed due to spinal cord injury.. If v ask him to come to hospital, he just scold us in bad words, v doesnt knw hw to control him.. Nw he is saying that al the properties are in his name so he can give it to any one, already in 2002, he sold our ancestrol property(my grand fathers property) without our knowledge. My brothers r struggling to live, my father always scolding my mummy in bad words, daily minimum 200 times as prostitutes.. In 1979 my father is a poor man, my mummy gave his jewels to start the business, my brothers worked in it for nearly 15 years, my father sold our ancestrol property without our knowledge. So now a). Do v (my brothers and mummy) hav legal share in the properties which are in my father's name.
B). If my father try to transfer the houses to his relatives or if he try to sell it, do v (my brothers and mummy) hav legal right to stop it.
C). He is always scolding my mummy, my brothers, their wives in very very vulgar bad words, he needs psychatric treatment, for that what shud v do legally to cure my father from depression.

Sir,
My grandfather have five sons and two daugthers. my father and my one aunt (both are married and have children) was expired before my grandfather's death. my father expired in 1998 and grandfather expired in 2001.my grandfather purchased a house and all sons and his family lived there. after his death nobody lived in that house. now on date 03.09.2014 my uncles (four) sale that house and nothing give to me they are telling that your father expired before grandfather'sdeath so you have nothing right in his property. I am the only son of my father and have four sisters and my mother is also alived. Is there any share of my and my sisters in that house. are we legal heirs in our grandfather property.

I want to file RTI to find out how much tax proceeds my grandfather has deposited on sale of his house.
I belong to Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
Please suggest me the procedure with suitable addressed authority?

sir mere pass proof hai ki rajasthan information commission mai corruption hai, commissioner man chaha decission de deta hai, kisi tarah ke docutment check nahi karta hai, appleants ko sunta nahi hai, usko bolne nahi deta hai, aur decission de didya jata hai, esa ek case mere sath bhi hua, jismee bina document dekhe galat decission diya gaya hai,
maunt iski complaint proof ke sath anti corruption dept mai di, lekin undko cheif secretrary rajasthan govt or governor se F.I.R lodge karne ki permission nahi di gai, jika jawab unke duara mujhe diya gaya hai, mai kis taraha se information commission per case file kar sakta hau taki inki sachchai public ke saame aaye

Please help me.
Sir I had a fight with a lady outside my office area where my bike accidently hit her. I immediately apologised to her but she went on abusing me and when I lost my temper I too argued that is when she abused my parents. I lost my temper and had a fight with her. My colleague too was with me who know I am innocent. When people gathered We both went to Police station where she filed Molestation case against me. I too have decided to fight the case and aviod any compramise and throw her into jail for false case against me. i also want harrasment compensation from her. Police questioned me a long time and left me with some conditions. We have Cctv in that area where my bike hit her. Hence i have no fear. I swear I even didn't touch her. I told police to get cctv footage and check.
Please suggest me what should I do know.
I want to file IPC 211, 182, 500 and criminal conspiracy against her. Please guide me.

One of my friend asked me to purchase his land while I checked the documents I noticed that the land was registered on 2007 in his son's name (at that time of registeration he was minor now he is major)
In this regard kindly suggest me the leagal points which are to be followed and the land is in Coimbatore district

Restoration of conjugal rights, domestic violence & alimony
My marriage was done on 07.03.2014.
After marriage my wife gone with his father without "bidai". We had no physical relational coz my wife don't like before 2 years.
I had recorded our telephonic conversation for future record.
My wife want to live with us but my father in law don't.
I had file a case for Restoration of conjugal rights on 27.03.2014
But now my wife had file a case for Domestic violence & Alimony.
Points
1) We had no physical relational
2) Wife wants to live with us (recorded by phone) but his family didn't.
3) If she was Assault by us on 07.06.2014 then why not she file FIR and how she go his fathers home.
4) If His examination ends on 10.06.2014 then how can she come.
5) I file a case on 27.03.2014 for Restoration of conjugal rights but she had file case on 02.10.2014 for Domestic violence & Alimony.
What points help me and how.
Now what can I do.
