i would like to known the solution of my problem i am staying at chawl system & this is in pagdi system the problem is where i am staying that is the last room in corner & all the rooms toilet line & other water lines is going from there & the onwer of the pagdi system of my properties he is not doing any maintenance & no cleaning there i request him too many time then also he is not taking any action when i take this issue to nagar sewak they send the person for cleaning & all but the pagdi system owner not giving the permission also i am stuck here & in my neighbor nobody comes with me for this i am facing lot of dirty smells & mosquitoes problem i need the solution for this on priority the better solution

If my sister gives me the NOC on non judicial stamp papet of Rs. 10/- done before the notary public kolkata . Will it be valid for getting the Probate from Calcutta High Court ?

Is it true that, if you get convicted for drinking in Gujarat state (under section 66(1)(b) of Bombay prohibition act, 1949), for the first time and you are given a penalty by the court, will you be barred from applying in government jobs such as judicial services or any other civil services? or are there any other repercussions of the same?

How I become an Surveyor (General Insurance) despite I am working as a Govt. Employee of Haryana. The Insurance Company said that the Govt. employee can not become Surveyor of Vehicle Insurance.
After retirement I want to become Surveyor or Agent of General Insurance/ Vehicle Insurance surveyor.

Sir, I want to know about the sale deed and I am always confused about sale deed. It is prepare first before registration or it is used after registration.
2. Some people prefer GPA or not Registration. How much time GPA valid for transfer of property. Give reason why people choose General Power of Attorney for any property instead of Registration process.

I filed an ejectment suite against my tenant on ground of defaulter in paying rent since June 2006 and reasonable requirement.The tenant refuses to accept lawyers notice and summons of court.After waiting for almost 2 years the court made it ex-parte. Now I want to know whether I need to make commison to establish my rights of reasonable requirements? Only I need decree against the tenant.

Hello sir, In our partnership firm First there were a two managing partners and five partners so the patta was issued in the name of two managing partners only not in the name of the company.
Later one managing partner retired from the partnership.so,now my question is should the retired managing partner name be removed from the patta doc?
OR Is it a mistake of the revenue department to issue a patta in the name of managing partners instead of the firm?
In the Encubrance certificate there are three claimants entry. The first entry is "Name of the Managing partner-1",the second entry is "Name of the Managing partner-2" and third entry is "partners of the firm" generally on whole not mentioning other partners name individually.
Initially There were two managing partners and five other partners totally seven .
The land purchase document was signed by two managing partners then.

Sir,
I have joined an Autonomous organisation constituted under NIT act through proper channel after getting NOC and relieving order from my previous employes ie. RRVPNl-PSU.
My basic at RRVPNL was Rs. 10,670/-
Am i eligible to get my basic pay protected in new organisation?
