Dear sir
I want to sell my property in India which i bought in 1987. I didnt take the parent document from the party from whom i bought. It was their ancestral property and both the father & son (only legal heir) have signed the document made at the time og sale. now I want to sell it. what is the procedure ? is EC sufficient if so for how many years is EC required?Kindly reply sir

Hi Sir/Madam,
I am Vinothkumar, have completed my Engineering. I belongs to MBC category, registered my degree in the employment office in 2006 and regularly renewing my employment registration. I got married to my wife in 2007, she belongs to SC community. She registered her diploma in the employment office. but she couldn't renew her employment registration from 2008. we registered our marriage and got marriage certificate in 2009. now we applied for inter-caste marriage certificate and got it last week.This week, We are going to register our inter-caste marriage certificate in the employment office. Please advice if we will be eligible for Inter-caste marriage employment quota in Tamilnadu.

Sir ,
Rent deed signed , both by the tenant and land lord on a green legal paper and is duly attested by the notary ,with notarial stamps . But with out any stamps (duty) . Is valid in court ? Or it is null and void ?
I beg ur legal opinion . Pl.

RTI has been recently introduced what remedy does law have here-before , as i have likewise problem . my boss has some personnel rift with me . when i asked for earned leave , he stated "LEAVE CANNOT BE TAKEN AS A MATTER OF RIGHT " UNDER SERVICE RULES . upon which i said on medical grounds the clause is not applicable " upon which He threatened and warned me that "HE WILL KILL ME AND MY FAMILY " i went to police station for safety i filed the application for recording FIR but they remained biased till date because my boss having close friendship with the Minster of state therefore police giving edge to my boss ,, give me the remedy

What type of document or agreement is to be prepared , to give certain premises for a limited period to use to some body . and what r its bad effects which will legally harm excluding the money loss i.e rental .
can it be vacated legally after the agreed period ?

Dear All,
I have worked in MNC as "Officer" for 2 yrs.
Recently I resigned from the company.
In the service certificate which I received from the company after a month of the resignation mentions my designation as "Assistant"
I was not at all informed about this designation change while I was working there.
My offer cum appointment letter and joining certificate are clearly state that my designation as "Officer".
When I approached I didn't get any proper response from them.
Kindly guide me on this, how can I legally proceed/approach to this?
