In govt jobs they have a police verification in which they ask for the past 5 years residence address and present address. Then a letter is sent out to each address for police records against candidate. Question is that do they have a residence check at the previous address? Do they contact neighbours of previous address and ask them about you? If they say something adverse about the candidates character will it affect police verification? Thank you in advance :)

Dear Sir,
I have filed a Suit for recovery of under Order 37 in which partner and other related defendants have been served and appearing before the Court but summon to the Company / Defendant no 1 is not being served and always envelop return stating that no such company exist on the address,
Publication is not not a choice in Summary Suit being too expensive.
Can we delete Company or advise how do we serve the Defendant no 1 / Company

Hi. What is the legal time limit for placing an ad in newspaper after affidavit?? Is there actually a time limit or is it we can place ad even after a Loooooong time after affidavit and which should be acceptable by Departments such as Passport, etc.??
Can you throw light on this??

Dear Experts,
This is with regards to my right of being a principle member in a co-operative society in Mumbai.
There was a special general body meeting in our society where they said only the principle member will be allowed and in their absence, the associate/joint member.
It so happened that I reached late for the meeting and when I reached there, they said that my joint member is already in so you cannot go in.
I want to know if that can be done by the society. Is the joint member(my cousin)not supposed to take my written consent to attend the meeting in my absence??
Also I would like to know from you learned experts, if I can write a letter to the society, asking them to not allow my joint member in the absense of a letter from me into the meeting, as I lost a chance to participate in the discussions of a very important resolution that was to be passed in the meeting.
Request you to Please Advise me in the matter.

Help me in my case. My marriage hapnd at Apr 2007and disputes started from June 2007. After one n half year waiting she came n join in my life again one month life she started same n she didn't came back. Ithen I got information. She is pregnant. .I feel happy and forgot. All I taken my wife back to my life .after delivery. Of 4 days she took my child and threatening I will file a case against my family .then I consult Lawyer. Some notices r shared. But no use. My last notice is on Oct 2009 for join with me in 15 days.
There is no reply from them.
I don't. Know what should I do.
After a long gap I found she filed a maintenance. Case against me 2 years back. That case is disposed .
I don't know. About that. . I got arrest warrant. That time I know a case is filed.against.
Court hearing I attend judge told me to pay on spot some amount unless 6 months jail.then next hearing date issued .what should I take step.
Note; her's second marriage with me .. before she done same ...

In case of Divorce petition, can Respondent file application in CRPC, IPC and CPC related to offence committed by Petitioner.
Is applications maintainable under CrPC and CPC and articles of constitution having validity in family court.
I am handling my own case.

My child was born on 30.01.2014.Now that I haven't registered her birth within 21 days,the municipality people are asking for an affidavit signed by the executive magistrate.Plz mention what to write in the affidavit.Also plz mention what exactly is an affidavit.And stamp paper of what amount should be bought for the same?Thanks in advance..
