B dies in 1989,
A,C,D,E has executed a gpa to F in 1995, A, Dies in 1998.
F sells the property to G in the year 2002.
RTC was in A's name
Query 1:The sale deed was created by F in favour G Via GPA after the death of A ( B,C,D ) are still alive.
I am the only son of B, What is my rights & B,C,D rights over the said property.
Query 2: Can i challenge the sale deed made by F in favour G Via GPA after the death of A.
Query 3: Can G fight for the share of ( B,C,D ) as they are are still alive.

Dear Sir/Madam
I worked in public sector bank for 6 month then quit from job due to some personal reason . Now after stay home about 1 month i have been selected for another government job . is it necessary to show my previous job experience as i dont want to show beacuse question would be arise why left job ??
is it offence to hide previous employer detail as dont want to get benefit of experience . and now at the time of interview can i apply as a fresher ?

I have taken cng kit fitments store frenchisee agreement with non refundable deposit, until frenchisor has to start workshop within 21days, he has given four months min compensate amount of Rs 50000/-instead of six months.
Now after seven months still he has not been able to setup workshop.. Also he is not pickup my phone calls, not reply of mail. He is pressurise to start workshop without any set up, he has not provided thier stock for the fitment.
What steps are further will have to take against franchisor please help me.
What procedure to follow and estimate expenses.

railway employee married a woman 1996 they having 2sons . she dead in 2004 .employee married again 2006. But 2wife took divorce grama.and political leaders with divorce deed.now employee was nomore .officially in railways 2d wife name entered . sons are entitle to take fathers job how .and how can get legal heirs cerficate plz advice me

Dear sir,
I recently married, actually my wife completed her SSC (10th class) in 2007. In that certificate DOB wrongly printed actual DOB is 01.05.1992 wrong DOB is 14.04.1983. Now I would like to change SSC certificate.Can anyone please guide me. We recently took birth certificate as per original DOB (01.05.1992). Please give any suggestions to make correction.

Respected Sir,
My application for recall witness under crpc 311 is was rejected by JFMC court.
Now i want to file revision petition for said
application before district session court.
at that time i am in confusion situation becoz
i have hear about revision petition and stay both have to file, but my lawyer said there is no need of stay, and he misgiving about stay order proceeding on lower court trial.
so pls clarify procedure of Stay on criminal proceedings before lower court

Sir,
A(wife) and B (Husband) get decree for divorce with mutual consent. C is minor daughter (5 years) of A and B. as per decree of divorce B(husband) has to keep C (daughter) with him but he had left C in custody of D ( father of A). it is relevant to mention that A had remarry after divorce against the wishes of her father and living seperately with her husband. she also refused to keep C with him. now what remedy is available to C.

Dear Sir ,
Need your advice , i am stuck and very tense , Situation is
1) Witness 1 on WILL has mentioned that advocate has sign in presence of me and he has drafted the WILL .
Is there any repercussion that WILL drafting advocate cannot sign as a WITNESS
PLEASE waiting for your advise and reply .
