Dear Sir,
I had bought an enclosed garage which is a separate unit from the building from the landlord of building in 1994. The agreement clearly states the purpose of the garage being commercial with permission to have separate electric meter and water connection. Recently the plot is up for redevelopment and the builder is promising 2 stilt parking slots which he is promising to enclose after OC is received for the building. On questioning the legality of such construction, he termed my garage as illegal and so he cannot give any FSI to me. However, the government plans received under RTI does show my garage.
Another aspect being the tenants of the building are not ready to accept any commercial activity in the building post re-development.
Can you please advise me as to what I am legally entitled to?

Recently,a magistrate trial court has rejected a discharge application on the ground of "premature" made u/s 245 immediately on the completion of pre-charge evidence and secondary evidence.
When exactly such a discharge application should be made?
What is the remedy now?
It is understood that magistrate wants that cross of the complainant is required, which the opposite party has not done and filed above said discharge application.
Whether it is compulsory under the law to complete said crossing of the complainant without which no discharge application can be entertained by the trial court?

In our case settlement hasbeen arrived between husband and wife. Husband accepted to pay settlement money and wife will withdraw DV complaint, 498A complaint filed against husband, in-laws and other relatives. Chargesheet against been filed in 498A case. Wife case is based on false allegations and we have documentary evidence issued by police and other govt. Authoriies to prove. There are sufficient evidence to prove that wife has misused the law and unnecessarily harassed the husband especially other relatives. Since settlement is done. My question is as under
1. Can relatives can file case against wife for misuse of law and harassment caused to relatives even after settlement.
2. What are legal remedies available to relatives.
3. What will be the consequences of filing any case against wife after settlement between husband wife.
4. Is it appropriate to file any case against wife who has misued the law and caused immense mental agony, loss of time, money and repuation to relatives.
5. Does it effect the setlement.
