Respected sir,
Due to inadvertence the documents were not Exhibits before the deposition of witnesses from the my side. And after that incident we file petition for recall of witness under crpc 311 but due to the my lawyer negligence, said application rejected in lower court.
Now what are the precautions should taken from my side before going in front of session court
means its must to mention in petition ???
1) i want to Exhibit some document pls allow my petition under crpc 311
the word " Exhibit " is must ?? in petition.
pls.
what should be the integrate of crpc 311

I submitted by consumer application along with the screenshot of other consumers and law suit filed by the US Okhalama residents as my evidence or as my documentary proof. Now in previous 10 October 2014 hearing the opposite party handed me the response by "evidence by way of affidavit". Judge asked me do I want to give any evidence. I said that that I already enclosed by evidence other documents along with the original complaint filed in July 2014. And all those documents are in my file maintained by court. He told me that I sign on piece of paper no evidence is further required to be submitted by me. And I did it in good faith. Now someone told me that I need to submit the documents by " evidence by way of affidavit". otherwise my case stands weak. Please guide what is the truth and how it can be rectified. Does that means all those screen shot and time spent in drafting the responses has no value if I have not given them as " evidence by way of affidavit"

Sir,
Our society is run by administrator at present. Now elections have been declared and the same shall be held before 31/12/214.
Kindly let me know whether the members/s who have not paid maintenance charges and or interest on delayed maintenance charges shall be eligible for filling nomination / voting

my wife is a witness in a case, lodged by me against my in-laws U/s 365,366 IPC. But she go for her parents and given 164 CrPC statement against me. Now the case is in court for trial.
Now I want to convert my wife as accused and want to make her as accused U/s 494 IPC. Can i do so?
My legal counsel advice that, we have to file a separate case against her and her 2nd husband U/S 494, 497, 406 & 420 IPC. Is it?
We got married before 3 years under Spl. Marriage Act. now she want to cancel the marriage on a false ground that, her consent was taken by force. Can it possible?

My wife is not adjusting with me and my family and as a result we finally took a decision that we will head for divorce.its been a year for my marriage.The thing is first my wife was asking for alimony of rs 4 lakh for divorce and i agreed for divorce in mutual understanding.Now she had changed her mind and demanding a amount of 10 lakhs,which is not possible for me.
Pls advice in this situation what step should i take and how do i get out of this problem.

The Trial court JMIC has framed charges agsint me and my family in 498-A case.We have filed the revsion against charges whihc has been admitted and notices issued to the state and P.P appered on behalf of state in session court.In that circumstances, whether trial court can run the trail by calling the prosecution evidences when the matter is pending before the court of session?

I am graduate possessing degree of computers and typing diplomas of both hindi and english typing certificate issued by boards of typing exams, I want to make my career as a government employee but according to Civil Service Rule 1961, one who is the father of more than three alive children is not eligible for government job may I get any relief or any judgment under which I can get any relief for acquiring government job I am 34 of age or is there is any stay over such rule through which I can get any relief as may be eligible for government job

I have certain doubt regarding tax system
of municipality
we pay HOME TAX & WATER TAX for our residential property..in our city HouseTax and WaterTax are equal..i don'y know why??
secondly..i have a building which i had rented to an office .. I want to know how the tax for municipality is calculated??
i mean as per my knowledge this building will be counted in commercial structure...and the valuation is done on monthly rent...have only one query.. do i have to pay WATER TAX for this building??

Paternal land issue
Sir, My Grandfather was having 4 sons and 3 daughters. He left 20 bigha agriculture land to be divided in his four sons after his death. The partition of land was mutually after his death but now after 7-8 years of his death my elder uncle wants a bigger part and even he is not allowing us to go to our land through his partition, as it is his land. I dont want to do a court case, can we have any other option so that we can handle it leagally.
