Hi,
I have filed a writ petition related to service matter in the Hon'ble High court, A.P. The case is admitted in 2013 and the Respondent (Govt.) has also filed a counter affidavit. But, there has been no progress in this case ever since.
As the left over service is only 2 years, we requested our lawyer to file a Miscellaneous petition to expedite the proceedings. However, our lawyer claims that the MP is not being admitted citing over load for the judge.
In this regard, Could you please help me with your suggestion on the following things:
1) Can I submit a memorandum directly to the concerned judge with a request for speedy disposal of the case in view of my left over service being only 2 years?
2) Is there any alternative to expedite this?

I got married with undivorced married female without seeing her divorce papers,
In due course of time,( bcos mistake was made) I did not want to b cruel to her, so I started new life with her and bought one flat 2BHK and one shop in My name as first purchaser and her name as second purchaser, although she did not contributr a sinle Re to acquire these properties and these properties are being shown in my IT returns.Now she is changing her colors. My question is: If WE sell any of these properties, How do we get the Cheque from buyer, Wheather one cheque on my name, or one each in name of each of us with 50% of the amount, How will the IT will be paid,
Can she take cheque of 50% of proceeds,than how she is going to show?
Pls. let me know my liabilities as for Tax, Rgds

Hello experts,
i have been ordered by Family court to pay Rs 8000/month as maintenance.Court order says that allegations are false but as I want divorce and won't take back my wife, so maintenance is granted. DV case is already dismissed by JMFC court as allegations were found to be baseless and false. My wife is now asking for 20 lakh as permanent alimony and saying that she want to come back if i can't pay this much amount. Family court says either pay what she wants or take her back. Divorce case also running in same court and i don't think i will be granted divorce either as the judge favour my wife only . Revision for crpc 125 is pending in high court and nothing has happened in last 9 months. It is not admitted also.
Wife's for permanent alimony is 96 thousand per year for next 20 years. just 4 months back she had asked for 12 lakh but i had denied. What is remedy for me now? Also please suggest me if there is way to come out of this.Thanks in advance.

hi this is anvesh as i had a discussed earlier regarding the said subject i attended my hearing on 24 nov and her companies representative has came and produced all my wife docs of employement but he didnt produced resignation letter or relieving letter and he is telling tht she left in the month of september also it wasnt mention on the summon so is he also liable to produced resignation letter etc despite it has not being mentioned in the summon which was issued to her company. he has produced offer letter, salary slip frm april to august 2014,salary structure only.
2. Now as im paying 2500 as interim maintenace frm july 2014 so despite the job of my wife she had also taken 2500 rs as interim ,maintenance so wht could be the further step to take action against her as the next hearing is on jan month
3. also the judge is quite bias and she herself told tht if the real facts come in front of me than i will ask her to return all money which u r paying as IM. so can i ask for the same on jan hearing.also sec 340 is also in progress.
so wht cud be the hardcore step i need to take against her.pls help me

I have taken four policies from Reliance Life Insurance as their Broker cheated me. He told me I will get an interest free loan if I make investment in Reliance Life Insurance.. I have taken four policies and amount is Rs. 142,000. He had called me from various mobile numbers and landing line numbers from Delhi. He provided me fake cheque and fake RBI-Agreement letter. The free look period of 15 days of policies is already over and RIL has declined Policies-Cancellations. How can I get my money back from Reliance Life Insurance.

I have purchased a resale property from a widow who has having three child one is major and another two is minor the problem is that loan section by bank but bank says that the sale not not done if the two minors having the share in property so bank not ready to give loan amount what is the solution to purchase the property

DEAR SIR, AFTER CMA ORDER PASSED BY SUB COURT, TO RESTORE ORIGINAL SUIT TILL DATE NOT LISTED TO TRIAL AT MUNSIF COURT. HOW MANY DAY IT WILL TAKE TO ORDER COPY FROM SUB COURT TO MUNSIF COURT IN TAMIL NADU. CMA ORDER DATE APRIL 2014.
