When the time of UDR came in to my village no one doesn't know , they did't informed us so that some of misleading govt officials And took some lands here , please let me know what should I do .

IF BY CHANCE THE JUSTICE OF THE HIGH COURT IS A FRIEND OF THE PRINCIPAL DISTRICT JUDGE AND WISHES NOT TO REVERSE AN ORDER PASSED BY THE DISTRICT JUDGE AND IN SUCH A CASE DISMISSES THE WRIT PETITION DURING THE PRELIMINARY HEARING TO ADMIT THE CIVIL WRIT PETITION IS THERE ANY REMEDY.

Hi experts,
May I know how can I get a copy of my judgement copy from court?
The judgement was announced in 2002 against my father, but the parties are compromise in outside and I am having a registered copy of written statement.
But the original document is in count and the advocates are not approachable as they are very old and not attending any cases. Now I want to get the judgement copy and original document of my land.
How and whom should I contact in court to get this?
It happended in coimbatore court
Please please advise ...

I was sold 2 single premium insurance policies from form Reliance Insurance by his marketing man on 30/3/2010. One in my name and another in my wife's name. These polices were for minimum 3 years before they can be redeemed.
But the selling officer for his benefit changed them to term police. When the policies were delivered, but I could not see them within 15 days period, as we were in USA. Besides I trusted him as he was quite sweet talker and was an employee of the company.
After 3 years were over I tried to know the value of our investments in my policies, and I was informed by he company that the policies are lapsed. On inquiry, I was informed that it was due to non payment of terms for both the policies.
I checked the policy documents and realized that they had issued the term policies instead of single premium policies.
I asked the company that, if these policies were terms policies, then why the premium notices for both policies were not server every year for all the 3 years.
Besides, when policies were lapsed, why we were not served notice for lapse? Why were not given an opportunity to revive them?
The company never replied any of my emails, the employee who took my policies, told me that he is with company, but now serving in different city, and can not help me.
One fine day company send the fund to our account without informing us,deducting approximately Rs. 12000/- for our investments.
There was complete lake of service providing from the company by not sending proper timely advise for payment of premium,and lapse of policies.
Over and above they refused personal meeting and paid up the amount after deducting amounts without any consent of ours and without following their laid down procedure which they are suppose. follow.
I believe that the company has taken us for granted, and my complain to IRDA did not bring any result.
To complain in Abasement, I need a help of such lawyer who can help me and charge the fee to the company.
I am sure that I will win the case along with damage to be paid to me and big fee and prestige to the lawyer.
I well come advice form your esteemed organization at an earliest.

My uncle and my father had combined property i.e, 10 acers of land. On 20 feb 1993 my uncle forcely siged an agreement with my father (stamp paper 1st page Rs 30, 2nd page Rs 20 3rd, 4th, 5th page 50 paise, 50 paise 50 paise) in 2 copy and 2 his friends sign as witness. My uncle 8 acers and my father 2 acers. Till property is neither registered nor signed by any lawer/govt officer. Shall my father claim 5 acers as equal share. Will agreement valid in court. What is validity period of this agreement

my son joined in small software company at hyderabad. at the time of training company taken a bond from my son which is duly signed. After one month my daughter got job very good company with higher salary. now my son resigned and joined in new company on the next day. if company refuse to accept resignation or making complicate the matter to my son, weather my son get any problem for breach of contract which is given to company. is the law in favour of company or to my son? brach of contract by my son has to pay to the company for 3 months salary to the company. we are willing to pay. please clarify at the earliest and oblige>

Hello,
I am unmarried working woman living with my parents. I have two brothers living in the US, one brother is divorced due to mutual consent, and the other brother got married 8 months back. This sister-in-law is 10 years younger to me.
From the time he got married my sister-in-law is harrassing my old parents and myself by false allegations that we are illtreating her.
We talked to her parents and even suggested to take for counselling but at that time she apologised for her wrong attitude and said that she would improve.
Her parents also agreed she has jealousy problem with almost everybody even with her own kit and kin and that they are helpless to reform her.
Now after 8 months she is harrasing us every week via phone with false allegations and threatening my brother with divorce. No amount of reasoning and counselling is acceptable to her. My brother is bearing the suffering to control the damage she will cause us and do not want go for a divorce at this stage. His well being is also getting affected.
Today, she commanded my mother to throw me out of the house because my brother respects me as she wants to break the relationship between us and my brother. She detests when my brother speaks to us on the phone
Please let me how to protect myself , my brother and old parents who are over 70 years old.

Sir's, we are in the process of registering our apartment owners welfare association at Hyderabad, in this regard we are stuck / confused under which act we need to register our association, is it AP apartment act or societies act 2001. Need advice as to which one has more powers.also our research shows most of the gated community in Hyderabad have gone for societies act 2001, our builder is suggesting apartment act, need your expert advice on this.
