WIFE FILED D V ACT CASE AFTER 7-9 YEARS. IS IT VALIED? AT THE SAME TIME SHE HAD ALREADY FILED 125 OF CRPC AND JUDGEMENT OF THE SAME HAS BEEN OUT AND IT IS TIME OF EXECUTION, MEAN WHILE SHE FILED 498 A AGAINST ME AND MY RELATIVE, AND JUDGMENT OF 498A IS IN MY FAVOUR. IS THERE ANY LIABLITY OF MAINTENANCE TO WIFE AND DAUGHTER FOR ME? EVEN IF THE SHE HAD FILED FALSE CASE OF 498A AND LOST.
PL. SUGGEST ME...

Haryana govt made a law in march2008 which deprived lawful owners of such property of registration .Is this rule not violative of fundamental rights? Can Haryana govt/huda be sued for such a discriminative provision? regards.

We are tenant in a property since a century in Old Delhi area, however now the landlord has mortgaged the property 3 years back and got defaulted, Bank went to DRT and got an eviction order and appointed a reciever.
The last rent receipt we has was in the year 1997 ,since then the landlord has issues no receipt though rent is paid on six monthly basis , we also did not consider it as it was a very small amount.
My Question are :-
1) How my tenancy is affected and can i be evicted.
2) What remedies do i have to safeguard my family
We have filed a plea in front of the CMM who has passed the eviction order, but he denied our tenancy prima facie as we do not have rent receipts or lease agreement as such from last 17+ years, though we have electricity meter in my grand father and father name, paying house tax regularly and all other taxes.
We are so much stuck now.

hi my grandfather had proprieties which consisted of farm able land & separately house property which was in his name.He had 6 children(2 sons)& 2 wife .he had prepared his will in 1970 passing all his proprieties & belongings to his 2 sons also giving rights to his only surviving wife to enjoy the proprieties till her death.
My father was not in position of this will and had got a will from his mother which was made in 1993 giving him all the rights over the proprieties.basis this he had sold one of the farmland land for which sale agreement has been signed in the year 2000.Now when the purchaser had gone to get the land mutation done in his name he was not able to do the same as same has been showing in the name of 3 persons 1)my father 2)father's brother's daughters 3)one of my fathers sister.
Please advice 1) what is the provision of law as to the will ;whose will be considered right full(grandfather & grandmother)2)what is law as to the succession 3)does my father's sister has any rights over the land 4)how to come out of this as third party is involved may take my father to court.
Regards

A landlord filed eviction suit against the sole tenant last year. Corporation has issued notice of demolition for dilapidated conditions recently. It has come to notice of landlord that the tenant is planning to break down the structure and claim compensation from the landlord as damages. Case is pending disposal. What happens if the tenant succeeds in his truant ways. Will landlord be liable for the damage. Kindly help
Workplace harrassment
Respected Sir/Madam,
I work in a private power
generation company as senior executive, my boss always threatens me of expelling and sacking me for reasons beyond comprehension. Few days back when i fell ill, i messaged him that because of ill health will not be able to come to office. To this he replied back send your resignation or i'll ask HR Dept to expel you. I'm having all messages sent by him with me. He and one of his colleague always prepare such Shift schedule so that maximum strain i get. I am thinking of resigning as stress has become unbearable to me, but i want them to teach a lesion so that they never do this to anyone else. Please advice.
