My brother age 31, was involved with his office college since last 2 yrs. They had both mutually decided that they were friends with benefits and also had sex with each others mutual consent. they also spent time in local hotels.
Now the girl has got emotionally attached with my brother & now wants to marry him. My brother had lost his job and hence is on a financial crunch. Her behaviour had also changed due to which my brother cut of ties with her for some time but she again managed to get her way. The girl gets hysterical & has suicidal tendencies.
She has also demanded for a bigger house, car etc.. which i cannot afford.She also wants her siter to stay with uss 2wice before this my brother has filed an N.C against her for her rash behaviour which is unknown to her.
The girl has malicious intentions and wants to financially secure herself as she does not have a very gud financial & family background.
Now the girl has gone to the police & threatened to file 376 against my brother & says she is pregnant.My brother was taken to the police stn and warned. The girl now wants my brother to sign a consent letter a) saying neither of us family members to get involved in the marriage b)wants to get married in this week only.c)the same is being done by him under no influence (he does not want to marry) she has threatened else she will file charges of IPC 376. d) The friends shud amicably decided for him else they too will be framed up if no concrete conclusion.
1)My mother is not in favour of this marriage, so can we legally disown my brother from the property and assets as we feel she is only doing this for money, property & will later harass us (all this will be to protect his interests)
2) can he avoid getting married to her
3) If he gets married due to pressure initially can it be dissolved in the future.
4)Can my mother ask him to leave premises before marriage n fend for himself?
5)How can we protect the little capital he has saved from this woman as she is a girl whos mother also committed sucide and father has run away with another woman & the girl is staying with her aunt who is also fed up of her and has asked her to vacate her premises by 15th.
Hence the girl is left with no options and is leaving us with no options by threatening and harassing us.
Please help wht shud my brother do??
a)get married n go thru life long torture or
b)agree to go to jail under 376 as he dosent love her
As we are in such a catch 22 situation we would appreciate if you could plz help & guide as our minds very confused and also we are running out of time.

My wife left me after 1.8 months of marriage. no child.
She has submitted in court in DV case,
bank statements (10 times) of which she used to transfer money to my account, half of her salary some time more, towards contribution for living expenses of our marital home. now claiming it back, saying that I have never returned to her. how can I justify that it was only for contribution of living expense. these amount we used for purchases like gold ( which is with her & electronic items.
I have huge burden of paying House EMI's (under construction) & marriage loan & rent also. if any citation it will help me
Please advice.

Employee has been served one month notice but no reason has been stated for his termination..
Support with judicial Pronouncements, that "Yes, it is valid to terminate the employee by serving notice and not stating any reason for it"

my sister's in law has expired last year. her brother and his wife are willing to sell the flat at jogeshwari mumbai. But they are deny to share the selling half amount to my sister. Her in laws has not made any will. what should i do. is there any law or that equal share would given to family person. sister,s husband is alive and in laws has not made any nomination.

Sir, I have my own home in front of which there is a shop and the rental agreement got finished some years ago. However, he didn't vacate the place. The case is in the civil court now. But, he is now giving us other troubles indirectly through platform shopkeepers. Please advice me, the best way to resolve this problem.

A person owns two properties. One is self occupied and the other is lying vacant. The one lying vacant costs more than 30 (Thirty) Lakhs.
In this situation, the vacant property will be taken as “Deemed let out” and Income Tax have to be paid on “Income on House Property”. Again, because the property costs more than 30 Lakhs, Wealth Tax will also be applicable.
My question is, is it necessary to pay both the Taxes? Or, since the owner is paying Income Tax on “Income from house property”, the Wealth Tax will be waived or will not have to be paid.

I filed a divorce case on my wife....have a proof of physical & mental cruelty.....and she filed a domestic violence , 498 a on me & family after that...my question as follows:-
1> If she get orders to stay in my father name home...what the next step immediately after that....what is restraining orders???
2> my divorce case is continue and can she still get order to stay in my home ?????

My wife had mention in her 498a complaint that I was unemployed and asked for dowry to start my business for which my in laws have paid 5 lac to me. Now mediation is on at Allahbad and I have to pay 20000 for each trip and her travel expenses now I have taken loan to pay this amount as not working and there lawyers are stating they will put dv act on me and asking for maintenance taking this 20000 as ground that I am wealthy enough to pay
Where shall I put plea that I can't afford this 20000 anymore will she be granted maintenance on this bases
