I need advise on the following matter...
I am from muslim family and youngest son having 2 elder sisters. One sister is married.
My father and mother are no more.
Before his death, my father had created a will and written ownership of his house in my name (my mother was already dead by that time). On the will my 2 sisters had signed that they will not lay claim to the property in future. My father had got the will registered in tehsil with the help of a lawyer and counter signed by 2 witnesses from my side.
I need to know that with my father dead do I need to do anything with the will? Do I need to transfer the will in my name? If yes, is there any cost attached to it? My father had expired in 2008 and I have not done anything till now. Will it have bad impact on me? I am regularly paying house tax and all utility bills but they are in my father's name.
I also want to give share to the property to my 2 elder sisters. How can I do that and what is the process? Is there a cost associated with it?

What is the procedure for getting a copy of the Arbitration Award & Memorandum of Settlement reached between a public listed company and a private bank in India. A dispute was referred to an Arbitrator who passed an award in a Foreign Currency Derivatives dispute which arose on account of Sub-prime crisis during 2007-2008 in India and elsewhere across the globe.

I need to get annexure K signed for my sister who is separated and has applied for her passport reissue. The regional passport office has put her on hold and asked for annexure k.
I had approached executive and first class judicial magistrates but they are refusing to sign it. They say that they will sign annexure F which is for tatkal but I do not require this.
I know that under section 3 of oaths act courst and judicial magistrate are empowered but they are just not ready to listen. I had even approached a lawyer but even he could not help.
I had even approached the DM but even he is not helping. They are saying that I cannot teach them how to do their work or teach them what law says. They had even gone ahead and said that I should be grateful that I am standing in front of them else they will have me thrown in jail for arguing with them and asking them to sign annexure K.
I had then called up passport customer service. As per them even if I get the annexure K signed by notary it will be accepted by the passport office.
Please advise how and what to do in this case?

I am planning to buy my brother property measuring 250 sq. ft. in Chennai adjacent to my residence (which was partitioned 2 years back).
Kindly advise what would be registration and stamp duty charges to be payable.
Can we execute settlement deed

i am selling a commercial property to the tenant . he is asking a time of 1 year for the payment . what clause should be added in the agreement so that he should not sell the same property to 3rd party .. please suggest

Please advise in short, under what headings an error of flat nos. can be rectified into an Agreement? for eg: rectify into Deed of Sale is Rectification of Deed. what about Agreement? please... many thanks...

I have resigned from NHPC in Sept 2011 after working for 13 years. NHPC had a PRP scheme and they had introduced a pension scheme in 2012 in accordance with the DPE guidelines.
1. NHPC refuses to pay part year PRP from Apr 11 to Sep 11 although the DPE guidelines nowhere debar employees on such count.
2. NHPC refuses to transfer employer pension contribution from Jan 07 to Sep 11 to my present employer's pension scheme which is a type of Employer Defined Contribution Scheme(EDCS). DPE guidelines clearly provides for such transfer where the succeeding employer has an EDCS type pension scheme.
Please advise

I have a friend sister who is in need of advise to tackle the difficult situation and here is the chronology. Apprecieate your kind advise.
1. She married to her boyfreind and both become citizen of UK and also are overseas citizen of india.
2. after 6 years stay abroad her husband gave divorce by sending qazi letter(from Inida) to her mothers address in india and also published in news paper in india that divorce is given.
3. over last 6 years, he transferred about 30 lacs rupees from her UK account to his own accounts in UK and also to his mother's acount in India ( as he was handling her internet banking user id and password).
4. Now this month he is going to marry another girl.
5. My friend sister has now lost hope of reviving of relationship and wants to moveon but her hard earned money and jewelry is with him.
Kindly advise what legal action she can take in India, she is ready to come to india and file any cases which can get her money and jewellry back.

My relative was booked under section IPC 376,417 and 420. He was accused of above by one of his friends. The friendship was from 1 year and she asked him to marry,but he did not. he does not have any extra relationship with her except as freind. she was treated as family friend but she misused that to black mail him to get marry and when rejected she filed above cases. now he is arrested and in remand( since 20 days)
1. our lawyer was saying after filing chrage sheet and 164 enquiry form then only bail can be applied and we will have chances of bail
2. How many days it will take for bail and whats the exact procedure
this all is creaiting lot of tnesion....advice us

Police filed false case under ndps
Respected Dir,
My brother has been booked under NDPS case in andheri police station mumbai.
on 22 Nov 2014. He has been bailed to till date. But from further report through RTI the medical report is clear alcohol and other product is been not found. also i have been filed RTI against the mention police station about the case related but they are not replying and making delay for the answer as per the rule not before filed from 30days.what should i do.
