dear sir
both my parents are no more. my grandfather is still alive. he has made his will in the name of his two sons and me. but we after death of our parents are in financial crisis and need our share immediate, to which our grandfather does not agree and he is also not showing us his will, which makes us doubtful coz he lives with my chacha....is there i can do something legally....

I want to marry with a girl against her parents permission, she is 20 years old and also want to marry with me through the court marriage. but i am under the age of 21 years, so can i legally allowed to marry. for me whether it's compulsory required 21 years

The car which was gifted to me a day before marriage is under my name now in laws are filing charges ipc 420 and ipc 468 on company and me as the documents with car company doesn't have noc of my wife in it but there is a partial payment around 1lac of 5.5 lac and the car was booked under her name. Police is asking why car is registered under my name without noc

I would like to know whether there is any law that gives right of owneship to a lessee of a leased land if a vacant land is open for 11 years or more and if the person can construct a residential building upto two floors on that land..if some law is there regarding my query please let me know as soon as possible

Hello, i got married in 2009.. I hv a 4 yr old son.. My husband's behavior ws good for the first year of our marriage... But suddenly i dont know wat happened to him, he started fighting wid me unnecessarily... There is never a day gone when he does nt shouts at me... There have been few instances of physical abuse too... A number of times i left his house & went back to my parent's house... But everytime the elders pushed me to go back & sort things & said that he is like this, u should adjust according to him... My inlaws do not live with us.. They live in a separate home... Nobody tells him or makes him realize his faults... I have been living in hell from past 4 years.. There has never been a day gone when i did nt cry... For him i exist to fulfill his sexual needs... He never talks to us.. I keep on talking to him but he never replies to anything i say... I'm just d caretaker of his house, who keeps his house well maintained& cook food fr him...he abuses me verbally... He is an egoistic stubborn man.. I have a severe disc problem, due to which i have a continuous terrible pain..bt i dont even complain of it in front of him... He never evn ask me hw i'm feeling.. He is always in angry mood when it comes to my son.... We get a life only once & even i hv d right to stay happy... I cant tk this torture anymore.. Sometimes i feel like committing suicide... There is not even a singlereason dat i shd stay with him... I just want to live my life peacefully with my son... His behavior is affecting my child... I dnt want my child to suffer because of him... Please advice what should i do & how should i proceed towards divorce & child custody... We dont deserve this life, we deserve a better one before it is too late...

I just came to know that my brother 's wife had submitted evidences, which I believe will be all false, as her cases, but can we file a case on her, if we can prove that evidence submitted by her was false too ?
Being a girl I cannot even imagine, other girl being so hard hearted that she make 80 + years old people suffer like this.. I think our education system should teach values as western education system does..

In matter of one service matter pending before the CAT for several years the employer made false atatement about the misplacemnt of records and when the records traced they still have not produce the records despite of filing application under AT act to summon the documents which was send to Registrat court but employer did not file reply depsite of sufficent opportunities given to them and now again refer to the main court
My query is that the employer is delibrately made the wilful contempt whether in such case application under 345 Crpc can be filed to invoke the prosvions of 175 IPC??

My Cosuin has filed the Civil suit against employer ffor not dispossessing his room till completion of tenure..The Civil court senior divsion has issued ex-parte stay and issue directions that employer will not take possesion till next date of hearing..when went to his native place , he finds that his room lock was broken by his employer and was locked by employer lock and all perosnal belongings are still inside the room..Please tell me what legal recourse can be taken under CPC/CRPC/IPC or contempt of court???Please guide in thsi regard

125 crpc
i had been absconded from false 498 a and many more.in between my wife filed 125 crpc in family court since i could not come court favoured her and decision was in her favour now i got the bail and i am out and now i came to know that she went to high court for the same 125 under 371 under gwalior high court. but i am not sure what is this for-? and how will i fight with it, i have lost my job way back in 2010 due to these disputes. i run my expenses by taking tuitions by visiting houses.
