Sir,
I gave blank chaque to my friend but with out my knowledge he has give that blank chaque to others as security purpose but now my friend is absconding and the person is telling me to pay the amount r else he will bounce the chaque and file a case against me i have not signed any other paper what can be done from my side

only 3 months courses. not one year diploma courses.

my father in law having one plot we want to sell it patwari is saying kasra number is incorrect need to be rectify. requested to suggest the procedure for this also suggest how can we check if kasra number is correct or not patwari may be be fooling us.

For a property rights my relative was joined with a real estate broker and filed a civil case against us in district court.
my relative and real estate broker are not relatives. they are from different city. my relative is 70 years old.
so, the real estate broker playing the main role in the case by creating fabricated documents and evidences
my lawyer was planned to prove these things as fake when cross examine my relative.
but now the real estate broker submitting a power of attorney from my relative and trying to attend all the trails behalf of him by showing age factor
please help me on this
how to stop him to attend the trails behalf of my relative. Because i am damn sure he will complicate the case furthur.
In this case my relative's personal life is also involved. about his late wife and his second marriage,.. How POA's answer can be taken as genuine?

I have been given to understand that the off-market deal in shares of a listed co. is subject to tax, irrespective of holding time, at the current income tax slab applicable to the seller.
this is because he is not paying STT at the time of trade.
if that is the case then can one enter into block deal at the exchange itself and do the trade by paying STT? and save tax.
What is current STT rate?

Maharashtra rent control act
Hello Experts,
We are a Delhi based Private Limited Company. We are in the process of starting our business in Maharashtra for which we would have to enter into rent agreement for more than 300 Premises.
My query is:-
As such we have a paid up share Capital of more than one crore and hence we are exempted under the Act as stated in Sec 3(1)(b) of Maharashtra rent Control Act, so can we enter into a lease deed for 11 months and do not go for its registration and ignore section 55 of Maharashtra Rent Control Act.
It would be very Difficult to arrange for registration of more than 300 deeds.
Kindly Suggest.
