My Queries are:
1.Is it necessary that Property Documents should contain husband's name,instead of his father's name for granting maintenance?
2.on assumption only that she(wife) might be working somewhere,can magistrate reject interim application?

I am married last 10 years.I work as a manager and also for human rights organisation.My wife is a little phycho and whenever she gets angry she changes in to enemy! she beats me and fights for hours and hours non stop! i dont speak a word in between as i know if i say anything it would be a begining of a new fight! i also have a daughter 8 years old, and looking at her i have to keep quiet.in the last 6 years she had made three NC on my name in a gap of appx 2 years each.anything happens she goes to police station...i am fed up!
i just beat her once the first time, and she got an NC registered on my name.after that 2 fake NC she had made i mean where it was not necessary to go to police station.
and to a surprise my wife is a doctor by profession...
this time she had crossed all limits, she made a NC for me and my family and stated that we are demanding money from her.
the police spoke to everyone in my family and me and they understood that she is just lying.the matter is setteled by the police but my question is i dont feel secure with her she behaves like a mad women.she was not like this before and there is no circumstances also like money problem or i hve any kind of drinking and beating problem.i dont have any habits.everything is cool around.
I dont want to live with her and want to leave her.also i want my daughter to be with me and she also dont want to stay with her as she tourtures her too.
my wife is earning 46 thousand and my salary is 15thousand.Pls advice what to do if i want to divorce her,will i come under any liability?how can i have my daughters custody?can i claim for maintance for my daughter after filing for divorce from her? pls advice as per muslim marriage act if possible with IPC sections.

sir, kindly advise in the following matter. one of our staff X died of sickness and our office is preparing his final payments like gratuity etc and pension. One person A filed a case in the court against the widow of X and children stating that X took a loan of 5 lakhs from him through promisory note and also requested court to stop the payments by mentioning our DDO name and address. Court sent a notice asking us to give the payment details of X pending in our office and we gave the details through our dept lawyer.Hearing yet to start. Court never asked us to stop the processing of payments.
Our staff says that we should not process the payments of X till we get an outcome and we should not pay any payments to the widow of X who is in very need.
kindly advise us whether we can proceed to pay or not.

Dear experts
My freind has an agreement with a govt. Bank for generator rent,in which bank has promisd to pay 11500 per month as rent of generator,this agreement was made in 2013 for 3 years. But now bank is breaking this agreement and making a fresh agreement with someone else for instaling generator..although there is no such clause in said agreement in which bank has any right to break the agreement at any moment,my freind has bought that generator on loan frm the same bank..if bank will break the agreement without completion thn how my fren wil repay the loan to same bank..please sugest what remedies are there before my frend .. thanku.

Dear Sir,
I kindly request you to help us in recovering money from our neighbor, who is running a unlicensed chit business at their home.
The chit completed in August 2014 still they are not paying back our money (5 Lakhs) and we are left with no proofs to file a complaint.
we are helpless here i request you to guide us in claiming our amount from them.

Property owned by a person who died intestate two years ago. The legal heirs being his wife two daughters and son wants to dispose of the property.
Is it necessary to get the property to first transferred to their names and dispose off or it can be done by executing Indemnity cum Declaration(ICD) by all the legal heirs. If so, the specimen of ICD,

According to my birth certificate I have visited my place of birth Panchayat to make some correction in surname but secretary told me to make affidivate of same, according to his information its done next day when it took to Panchayat in morning secretary was not there but one staff who found my birth detail last day same staff shouted on me saying I don't know you, why did you come to eat my head early morning, you are not from here go to secretary as he spoke to u yesterday I said OK am ready to go for any work then again shouted saying are u mad no sence how this book u will take to secretary and at last she told me to go out from Panchayat.
Now I want to know what I have to do for this incident I also wrote mail and spoke on phone to bdo people of state but they are saying come in the office no reply to mail.
What steps need to take against that lady who insulted me, please help

i have own society means Al-hameed minority educatinal welfare society(r) registered under act 1960, under this society i am running computer education institute before 5 years. i given computer training certificates to students like 3 months,6months and one year diploma courses. but many students want mechanical and electrical HVAC course and QS quantity Surveying course. because now i am giving 3 months HVAC and QS course.
can i give certificates to these course (HVAC & QS 3 months).
i want to take iso certification to my institute. after i take iso certification. can i spread my business all over india?
can i give franchisee to other institute?

Divorce case withdrawal by wife
Respected Experts,
My Wife before filing the False DV Case, I saw in e-court few days back that she also filed Divorce Suit. Now today I got update through the portal that Decision is "Disposed- Uncontested-Otherwise". I do not have any knowledge on this before I went to the web portal. Filing date was 2-12-11 and decision date is 29-08-12.
She filed maintanence in May-2012 and DVA suit in June-2012.
I failed to understand what does Uncontested-Otherwise means. Does it mean that she has withdrawn the case. Also not sure the reason
In which section of IPC/CRPC can I put up the matter in the trial court/session court that she filed and withdrawn voluntarily to harass us through filing a frivolous false domestic violence lawsuit.
I am expecting Stay on all proceedings against ex-parte judgment through and appeal U/S 29 of DVA.
Please guide.
