Sir,
my wife has expired last year and I was only nominee hence my name has been incorporated in the share certificate and given back to me. I have 2 sons who are above 21 years old. Do I have to give new nomination form and mention their names as 50% each ? Please advice.

In our housing society in Mumbai the dues(nearly forty thousand rupees)of a defaulted member was written off as bad debt.Now this defaulter member was co opted in the managing committee and became Chairman.
Please advise is it acceptable?
Does the defaulter nature is removed along with the writting off and the defaulted member can become a managing committee member.

Sir, We are going to form a pvt ltd co. for that I want to know, how can we arrange fund for doing business of the company. As a director can I give funds to company as loan with interest. If yes,is there any binding on me such as from where I am arrenging the fund.

Hi, all my name is Umesh and we are four brothers, My father gifted us a property in 2010 and its been registered, we got the khata in our names,we have rented the property also, now he wants to revoke or take back the gift form us, I came to know some lawyer told their is a provision in High court and he has promised to get back the deed, sir is it possible for a un-revocable registered gift deed to revoke at any circumstances, please help.

Our company provides technical manpower to Organizations. The Organization(x) we were providing skilled manpower to has appointed another reputed company(y) and henceforth they will be dealing with us. We were previously paying PF & Esic for the workers. But now the y company insists that they will pay the pf esic and deduct from our payments.
Who is responsible for payment of statutory obligations
1. we- who are providing the manpower or y company?

I am from Jalgaon maharashtra. I have bought an home in jalgaon. I asked for completion certificate to builder. He is saying i will have to make it from municipality.
Could you please guide me does builder gives it or one has to buy from municipality.

Dear Sir,
The arbitration award is passed unilaterally in the absence of the borrower.neither the copy of the arbitrator award nor any intimation notice to tow away borrower`s vehicle was sent to him nor to the local police. And no document was produced to the borrower.Infact the vehicle was towed away by the four gundas of the finance company forcibly from borrower`s driver.can the section of theft and burglary be applied in the police complain? which section of IPC for theft be applied?The police have not yet taken any action on borrower`s complain dt.27. 11.2014? what further legal actions can be proceeded apart from the consumer forum as the borrower has already initiated the proceedings in consumer forum? Can any action be proceeded for defamation & humiliation?The borrower has loads of the documentary evidences against the misdeeds of the finance company.

Respect expert team,i have query about police record,i stay in nagpur and case filed agains me 2004 with ipc 506 (2),114,135 after that in january 2006 court judgement will come and court say me i am innocent and i do not any guilty and case was closed, but now i applied for maharashtra revenue department its a gov job so i worried can it's create any problem for my job so i want to ask the expert team can my police record was cleared or not if not than how can it's cleared and how can i know which information have in police record about me,please help me, thank you so much in advance before expert team replied of my query .

What is the Corpus fund that a builder should give the tenants of cessed building (Mhada), at the time of redevelopment.
We donot have a registered society.
Our redeveloper is telling that as per Mhada he will deposit Corpus fund with Mhada. Is there a Mhada rule for this? Kindly advice.

"no case made out" or "case was compromised" ??
