One of my staff has attained 60 years of age and up on attaining 60 years, management has decided to cease his PF account and stopped deducting PF from his salary but continue to work. Now the staff want his PF to be deducted and deposit full of Employers contribution (as well as Employees)to EPF account instead of pension fund but management is not agree to do so. What are the legal aspect on the issue.

Hello sir, I wanted to apply home loan.When I submitted all documents to the bank then i found a biggest mistake was done in sale deed of my father,that is my father pasted some paper on sale deed because of some wrong typing has done in that page but now the property is in the name of my mother that was a gift deed done by my father to mother and my father expired in march 2012 so how can i correct that mistake please help me…..
seller to buyer(my father) — sale deed (in 2006)
My father to mother — gift deed (after a month of sale deed)
please help me sir......

Dear sir I signed as a guarantor for the JCB purchase by my friend relative and he defaulted the emi and machine has been seized and sold to another person by Hdfc bank but they are asking remaining balance
But they never send a notice to me about JCB seized and sold
So what can I do now the loan pending amount is 7lacks it happen a year ago will they go for his agricultural land or my property

It is whose responsibility to form Flat Owners Association,Builder/Developers or the Flat Owners ? Who will bear the expenses for the same ? Please inform relevant Section/Clause of Act for the same.

Hi,
My father (Ex-serviceman) got agri.land on retirement as new tenure land. After 15 years of continuous holding AND after converting the land from new tenure to old tenure, he sold certain part of land to other farmer WITHOUT prior permission of collector.(As old tenure land order did not mention such condition specifically.)
Now, a revision order is issued for the same transaction on the ground that "prior permission was not taken".
Please guide what outcome would be there as per prevailing provisions ???

Dear Sir,
My friend residing at pune married in May2014 in pune with pune based girl. She behaves very rudely with him & his family. She talks for hours with her boy friends in separate room without doing household work. Her behavior was suspicious . There are marks on her stomach. When His sister asked her about the marks she told that before marriage his wife had abortion when she was in relation with his boy friend & this fact was kept hidden before marriage by her & her family. After marriage also his wife was having affair with another boy friend. He saw photo of that boy in her bag.Before all relatives she & her family has accepted these things. She & her family given a written statement on stamp paper that they have hidden all these things from my friend. He has notarized that stamp paper. He also has audio recording of these statements from her wife. Still my friend accepted her. After that his father in law filed a complaint(Without FIR) in Women Violence center against his whole innocent family to threat him that they will file a domestic violence case U/s 498. Police his forcing him to take back her to his home.Now He want to give divorce to her & he is very poor. Can he file cheating case against them.Please, suggest a best solution to him. In my 125 case opposite party's lawyer had sent two time summons in unknown company to know my salary. After that he had sent warrant, then after failure of warrant he has withdrawn warrant and given discovery application for asking to produce salary slip, pf slip and bank statement in court. What should be my action for his discovery application? Can he ask this by discovery application?
