dear experts,fact of the case is: x lady(name is not disclose)files 498a against her husbend and in laws before that husband file divorce suit, after bail husband files 24pendente lite and want to alimony from his wife(house wife) and affidavit was totally false.As a profession husband is an advocate.my question is-1.what is the purpose of doing so? 2.can the court entertain the pendente lite? 3.can this petition use as a evidence when 498a trial will be done?? 4.what kind of ligal step taken against him for false affidavit?

i belong to sc community,my wife belong to bc community, we have two wards both are working in private concern.now we follow christianity. is it possible to change the caste as OC/FC to my wards instead of SC.

Hello,
I kind of vaguely remember reading somewhere that if the complainant compounds an offense u/s 500 of IPC against any one accused, then automatically such compounding works on other co-accused. Can anyone clarify please?

If light bill not paid by tenant ,and owner refuse to reconnect,can tenant show rent agreement and reconnect connection?

In the month of Jan 2013,we had finalized a Flat.The building in which the flat is located doesnt have an OC.Still upon confirmation from Bank Officials we proceeded with the agreement.The owner from the beginning was reluctant to show the original papers of the flat.
He insisted that we pay him in full and only then we would show us the papers.
He has already taken more than 60% of the flat value but till date has not agreed to do the Registration of the flat.We have persuaded him in all possible ways but he simply refuses to accompany us to the Register office.We had to cancel the slot for Registration twice
We had initially tried for Home loan from LIC which had lapsed twice.Then we had to move with ICICI bank.For both the funding orgs,they need the original docs of the owner which he is not ready to share
He abuses us on call and my old parents have been severely humiliated by him
Please suggest what action we as commoners can take to complete the registration without any further delay or in case this doesn't happen what legal action we can take to get our money back and also claim losses for this delay.

If there are more then one persons named in the FIR, and after investigation of the , investigation agency filed charge sheet under sec. 173 of the Crpc. against only 1 person. is it mandatory to file the report under sec. 169 of the Crpc against the remaining the accused whose name was mentioned in the FIR.?

In my previous question I had mentioned that my daughter's dv case got dismissed. All the expert lawyers have asked me to express the reasons for dismissal.
The exact reason for dismissal judge remarked is that we do not have evidence to prove that violence has taken place. Hence Judge has dismissed the entire dv case from sec 18 to sec 22. We filed both dv and divorce caseat the same time in district court and family court res. After that in reply to divorce case the respondent has filed RCR.The Petitioner i.e my daughter does not want to join the respondent under any circumstances. She is telling she will commit suiside if we force her as the Respondent is extreamly crooked, excellent lier, best saddist in the world, always suspicious, quarellsome and a big rowdy. DV case is dismissed and we are yet to file objection for RCR. I feel we will loose divorce case also in the same pretext as both the petitions are are almost simillar.
Now I want to ask all the experts one question
Both RCR and Divorce case has been filed in the same court. Suppose we do not attend any hearing of RCR what will happen? Anyhow she never wants to live with him at any cost that is for sure. Will the RCR gets dismissed if we do not attend ? bcoz the respondent is a worst fellow and he even teases the Petitioner if he sees her in the court hearings and she feels affraid even to attend any hearing.Resondent has won the DV case by telling lies and tipping the Judge and our lawyer which I came to know now.We do not want any alimony nor our jewels which are with them. We want only divorce and not a single rupee from him.But the respondent is bent upon not giving divorce at any cost bcoz he is jealous that she may get married to someone else if he gives divorce.Divorce and RCR are pending in the family court since Oct 2013. I humbly request all of you to suggest me correctly as to what to do, bottom line we want Divorce at any cost.We are spending sleepless nights thinking about the same. None of us have peace of mind.My daughter is extremely honest, straight forward and very good girl. But GOD punishes only honest people more it seems.

498a case is going on for Rs 15 lacs(included all marraiage expenses list) and if i give divorce to wife than how court will give judgement about alimony/lumsum amt although 498a case will be still running after divore.
please suggest

Employer not paying salary
hello everyone,
I have been employed through a service provider who carries training of student and if cleared the exam we are posted in a IT company linked to the service providers. The agreement is entered with the service provider that the salary shall be paid by service provider and the posting is on a project to project basis. If the project is over and we are not assigned any other project, we shall receive the salary for a period of 3 months even if we are not working.
Now this being the case, my project was completed and no new project was assigned to me. However the Service Provider has not paid me the salary for 2 months since the end of the project on enquiry I found that other who are in same situation have received there salary for both the months.
Now I am confused with what suitable action should I take against the service provider
Please Help
