Partnership firm builder insists that sale deed of flat wil be signed by one managing partner on behalf of firm. There is no power of attorny by all partners nor authority in partnership deed for such signing of sale deeds by single partner. Bank insisting power of attorney by all partners in favour of sigle signing partner or else that all 15 partners to execute sale deed. Please guide.

Vide an Order passed by NCDRC, the O.P, a builder, was directed to pay Rs.50 Lakhs + interest to us. O.P filed SLP in SCI against above order and the following direction was issued by the Hon'ble Court: "We direct learned counsel for the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakhs only) in this Registry within a period of two weeks from today. Upon such deposit being made, issue notice returnable in the month of February, 2015. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted"
My questions are as under:
1.Does the order imply that the SLP filed by the Petitioner has been allowed and that they may file an appeal?
2.What happens if the amount is not deposited in the registry within the prescribed period?
3. If the SLP is dismissed will the amount be released directly to us?
4. The Hon'ble Judge verbally mentioned that he will 'execute' on the next hearing date - what did he mean?

Dear Sirs,
Can I pay the stamp duty on behalf of the previous owner of my flat in mumbai as the previous owner has not paid the stamp duty of his agreement with builder entered in to 1992 ? Can i register the said agreement between previous owner and builder?
If yes, how?

we are village community group and giving a micro loans to farmers and other people in our village for more than ten years for that we get small subscription from our people ( all subscriber are members of our village group )on weekly basis and lend them based on their subscription amount for ten installment for that we charge interest ,and end of the year we repay ourselves the subscription amount with some interest accumulated through this . we want to take up this next level and want form this a registered entity to whom we approach and get registered.

me & my brother purchase a flat in 2008 in mumbai jointly ,& also taken up a home loan for the said flat jointly now my brother is giving his share in the said flat to me. so my question is
can we register the gift deed between us while property is still mortgage but after gift deed within 6 months i ll repay all the balance loan so i want to know in this type of transfer will be valid after the said flat is mortgage free

this is the message i have seen on the status of my case status. today was first hearing and my lawyer told he has taken a date for next hearing . however the status on court cases in this : Complainant in person.
Bailable  warrants  issued  against  the  accused  received  back
unexecuted.  Let fresh bailable warrants be issued against the accused on filing
of fresh address alongwith PF/RC for 10.04.2015.
