My company is not doing Fnf & is neither giving me relieving letter stating that i have joined a competitor. The day i resigned, i sent a formal email stating personal reason or otherwise they would have never relieved me.I stated in my email that i want to serve my notice period of 14 days. They never responded to my email rather called me up on the conf room made me sign some papers and asked me to leave and said that you have been relieved. Now it has been more than a month almost i called them asking about my fnf and all and they responded that we have put it on hold as we have come to know that you have joined a competitor.This is not just with me they are doing this, there have been people who have left in the past and they are still waiting for their fnf settlement. I don't know how to deal with it. Please advise.

I want to purchase flat from a seller who had an agreement -AOS with the builder. The flat is not yet registered and I want to make first registration on my name with the consent of builder. I would like to take/transfer seller's loan on me too. Banker is asking MOU, Assignment deed and AOS.
Please explain the procedure to follow.
Do I need to make AOS with builder or seller
I want sample formats for the above

Sir, my client got executed a registered release deed from one brother and sister of their ancestral property. His sister is of 60 years old. She came to register office and made her signature. Now, she complained in the police station stating that her signature had been obtained by cheating and without informing anything about the deed. Therefore, the police has registered FIR under section 420, 467, 471 read with 34 Of IPC against the brothers and the witnesses of the said deed. Whether police can register it? Whether police can arrest my clients as the offences are punishable not more than 7 years? Is there any ruling or authority of apex court which will help to get Anticipatory bail to my clients? Please help me and suggest for best course of action.

Sir,
• Wife files execution case in spite of husband pays her as per order of the court.
• Husband’s parents and husband deprived of child as child is with wife.
• Husband claim custody of child,case is pending before honorable High Court.
• All the gift items are kept in a house with the custody of one caretaker to whom husband need to pay.
Aggrieved by the above said conditions can husband prays before the learned court to
1. Custody of the child at least one day in every week?
2. Return of all gift items to wife for save hard earned money?
Please guide.
3. Can husband approach the court in execution case filed by wife to solve above.

My colleague working in Railway who is
on the verge of retirement win and got a court degree in his favour of his marriage is dissolved. Being a Muslim his marriage was conducted before political leader and through his marriage he got two son who are now grown up and earning and living separately . My colleague wife is also Muslim and working in the same railway .What is the irony is colleague wife colluded with the sons and her brother torturing my colleague resulted my colleague is forced to live lonely .Now the marriage between them dissolved through a court of law .He applied for the implementation of the degree to be effected in his future record and delete his wife name . But the railway delayed to implement for the past three months.Now his wife who is working in the same office retard the process and she goes for an appeal. Now the railway which is tactically delay to implement the judgement favouring his wife replied that the the case is pending at court . Though
the degree has not been stayed the railway simply replied that the case is pending.Kindly inform me whether my colleague will get remedy from the degree
and the authority will be sued on the ground of contempt of court .Whether the railway has the power to withheld the retirement benefits and the pension for the reason my wife is going for an appeal . Kindly convey the remedies for my colleague to get a peaceful retirement life.

after a year civil suit decided in my favour, but defident has submited appeal against the judgment in district and session court and also file an application for stay,
but there is no hearing of appeal and stay
can I apply for exicution of lower court
please suggest me so soon

one of my Aunts was failed false case Cr.No.324,506, 34 against me and my brother, i am working abroad.
FIR main points as below:
they came to my home and using filthy language and started to beat my Mother, in order to save my mother brother came between them (Mother & Aunts)
incident happens on 6-Dec-2014 and they failed the case on 22-Dec-2014 at 11:00 hrs, i am not aware about case till 22-Dec-2014 at 15:00 hrs,due to i left the country at 07:00 hrs.
please advise.
