Sir
We have paid advance fo 14 lacs for a house property.
Property Details - Land bought by husband and wife together & house building constructed.
Survivors - Husband passed away, leaving behind wife and minor son
The wife has taken an advance of 14 lacs and almost over 9 months, not applying with the court at all for obtaining approval for minor share sale.
What remedy we have?? The sale agreement has been registered.
Can we approach the court directly for the same purpose, stating that the concerned person has not taken any action??

Dear Sir
I have got a house loan from a bank and registered a property by calling commision .
The property was already running on loan from the same bank . So , there is case of book adjustment also from the bank on the seller account .
I have paid the registration charges and stamp duty . The TDS is also paid . My contribution of 20 % by demand draft is also paid by me . I have also paid the 3.09% service tax to developer , as the seller has not registered the property before .
I also have a possesion certificate from a developer .
The registration was done by calling commision and bank has given a xerox of check to seller and asked him after getting the IGR from registered office , to take the physical delivery of check .
Deed mentions about a book adjustment value , check number and my contribution draft details .
Now , today when the seller went to Registration office for IGR , it was not provided as the registration office told him that , the extra 1.1% of stamp duty have to be paid as the property was not registered before and then only IGR will be provided .
The seller and bank is asking me to pay this amount otherwise registration will get cancel , as book adjustment will change.
Kindly advice , is it possible that registration to get cancel and my money getting stuck by no fault of mine .
They are forcing me for 1.1% but I dont want to pay .
I need urgent advice . PLZZZZZ

can central government employee who has been recruited in sports quota can simultaneously take salary from private organisation?
1.it's been 2 mconth to be recruited in central government (sports quota).
2.private organisation also wants him to be continued with central government job.
--is it possible for him to continue with both ?
if yes then which law is applicable ?

I MET WITH AN ACCIDENT. FIR HAS BEEN FILED UNDER SECTION 279 AND 337 OF IPC. AUTO RICKSHAW HAS HIT MY CAR AND RAN AWAY. BUT THE FAMILY SITTING IN THE RICKSHAW HAS FILED THE COMPLAINT AGAINST ME. IN THEIR FIR THEY TOLD THAT THEY DOES NOT KNOW THE AUTO RICKSHAW NUMBER AND AFTER ACCIDENT HE HAS GONE FOR THE ACCIDENT SPOT AND I ALSO RAN AWAY FROM THERE. BUT POLICE HAS RECEIVED A REPORT FROM THE HOSPITAL THAT I HAVE TAKEN A TREATMENT WHERE THE ONE OF THE FAMILY MEMBER SITTING IN THE AUTO RICKSHAW HAS TAKEN THE TREATMENT IN THE SAME HOSPITAL. VICTIM FAMILY ALSO MENTIONED IN THE FIR THAT 3 ADULT AND 1 CHILD IS SITTING THE AUTO RICKSHAW. AS PER KNOWLEDGE ONLY THREE PERSONS ARE ALLOWED TO SIT IN AUTO RICKSHAW. WHAT EVIDENCE SHOULD I COLLECT AND WHAT SHOULD BE MY STRATEGY IF MATTER GOES IN THE COURT.PLEASE HELP ME URGENTLY, I VERY MUCH TENSED THAT WITHOUT MY FAULT, A COMPLAINT HAS BEEN FILED ON ME.

There is a manufacturing unit in Haryana and they have applied for the REGISTRATION of their factory as per the Factories Act, 1948. However the unit has not yet received the registration approval by the competent authority under the Act. My query over here is that, can the unit commence its manufacturing before receiving the registration approval? As the unit has already applied for the registration can it start its manufacturing as per the Factories Act, 1948 or The Punjab Factories Rules 1952 as applicable to the State of Haryana or any other relevant law applicable to the state.

Eligibility in upsc exam if fir is lodged against the candidate
sir, i plan to give civil services exam next year. however a court case of extortion was filed against me notoriously in 2012 in my native on false grounds, fir has been filed after that however not any follow up has been done since then.
can it affect my prospective candidature in the case i clear exam. also what should i do to get the fir quashed?
