Is there any regular format to be used for Title Clear Report for properties in Goa and which Act do one refer to compile the same? How many year Title Report is considered usual and what should be the advocate's eligibility to compile the same?

hi sir,
i want to apply for a passport, for that i have some issues with my identity proofs father name.
father name as "thangarasu" in(family card,adhar card).and "thangaraj" in (TC,birth certificate,driving license,pan card),how should i arrange,kindly clear my issue.

My relative lady has given statement to the Police for a criminal case. Now the court has issued witness summon to her. The Accused in the criminal case has not disputed the statement recorded by the Police. Whether the court can adopt the same without pressing for her personal appearance if the Accused doesn't object the statement recorded by the Police?

Hii!
My husband has filed quashing of FIR under sec 482 in hi court.
FIR was filed in Oct 2012.
He has filed quashing of FIR in 2013 and stay has been granted by hi court.
They r alleging that I hav filed various FIR complaints in police n they hav been filed by police.
Then I took directions from hi court to look in to matter in 2012 issuing directions to ldh police .
Then FIR was lodged by ldh police .
Now they r allegiance g that I hav not com to court with clean hands.
Wat shud I do .
There is MLR n DDR registered in 2010 which is mentioned on FIR.
Wat shud I do ?
Wat judgement shud I give in my favor.
I am fighting case myself .
Pls help.

Sir past one year my daughter age seven years is not with me because my wife kidnapped her. Now she has appealed for divorce and i have appealed for divorce on the basis of cruelty and adultery. My problem is my wife not allowing me to see and talk to my daughter past one year. She already filled divorce and withdrawn the case in june and again she has gone to divorce. Iam natural guardian of my daughter so can i get back my daughter and want to know the law for father and any supreme court order regarding this matter. Please help me.

During the pendency of the declaration suit by Plaintiff, if the property is sold by defendant(since RTC is in his name) and house is constructed on the same by the purchaser what is the implication of the same once case is decided in favour of Plaintiff?
will plaintiff required to file a new suit against purchaser again?

Not sure if I need to file for a divorce - Help Please
Hi, I am looking for some help regarding my unusual situation - I am not sure if i need to file a divorce. If yes, then i need help in filing divorce without having to use a lawyer as I can't afford one!
My Situation: Aprrox 2.5 yrs back I had a boy friend who had me sign some certificate in a temple in presence of a lawyer's assistant & him and his parents claim it's a marriage certificate. I don't know what certificate is that! My family is totally unaware of the situation.
I never stayed with him after that and I want to cancel that document so I don't have to face any problem in future.
Please suggest if I need to file for a divorce. If yes,
- What is the procedure for divorce with mutual consent and how do I do it without a lawyer as I can't afford a lawyer!
- How long would it take to get that certificate null & void?
- Do I still have to serve that 6 months of time trying to resolve things with him before finally getting the divorce? (I don't want to resolve anything - I am not with him for over 2 years already).
