I purchased a flat in 2005. The society got registered in 2010 and conveyance deed also executed in 2011.
I got possession of flat in 2008. First year I paid maintenance to builder in cash. In the meantime builder installed mobile antenna on terrace and we objected to it, but builder went ahead and hence we stopped paying maintenance. From the date of formation of society, I have been paying maintenance regularly. and society maintenance bill doesn't show any previous outstanding also.
Now, last week, when I asked for my share certificate, one office bearer is telling, share certificate is ready with them, but it will be issued once I submit Dues clearance certificate from builder. Please let me have your option.
1. Is it required I should obtain dues clearance certificate from builder for getting my share certificate.
2. What are the options available with me.
3. How a society management can withhold my share certificate in connivance with builder.

DEAR FRIENDS
I REQUIRED THE DOJ INTHE AND ORGANIZATION AND THE DATE OF MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE SHE PRODUCED IN THE ORGANIZATION.
I KNOW VERY WELL SHE FABRICATED THE MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE.
THE AIR INDIA GAVE ME REPLY SAING SEC 8(1)(e),fiduciary relationship. sec11(1).
this is very important other wise she may cheat others too.

we are in receipt of a summon from Delhi Mahila Aayog, to appear, may any one who attended this aayog,can guide us as we are not from delhi.
How to prepare for it. We are not provided with any detail of type of complaint, We hope this will be due to false case put up my wife, from whom I am seeking divorce.
Can we take help of any advocate or any one from delhi can help us.
I need this very urgently.

Hello Sir,
My building is situated in matunga rd mumbai it is a tenantd property there are four buildings in one single plot one building is "A" cessed bldg & two are "B' cessed and one building is "non-cessed bldg. my bldg is non- cessed bldg many of mine bldg & other bldg tenants have given irrevocable consent, now they are going to do final agreement, the land belongs to town planning dept of bmc, yet no permissions & I. O. D. is recd. i have not given Irrevocable consent & i do not want be part of the association, can i alone fight for my rights, can developer forcefully vacate me from my tenement on the ground that more than 70% of the tenants have given irrevocable consent. kindly advice me correctly.

I had a known lady who run chitfund with license at home, were many people involve in chit, so I had two chit but one was taken in August but still no money was settled., Lady told me to take together I was fine , last November was last chit but still no money. If I ask she does give either dates,,, I have calls recorded but only two. Can I walkin to police station to complain on that lady. No white and black documents available. Please help

i made an agreement with a buyer for my 3 bhk in 2008
but still he has not started constructing the flat.
As the time has elapsed to file a case in consumer court.
How can i file a case in high court directly and also should i surrender the documents or directly file a case?

Leasehold to freehold dda flat
Hi,
As per the conversion guidelines the documents like Affidavit/Undertaking have to be sworn on 10Rs stamp paper.
In Maharashtra, the minimum denomination is 100Rs. I've tried with lot of stamp vendors but all in vain.
I'm filing an online application, can you please tell me where can i get 10Rs stamp paper or any other alternative?
