Dear Experts,
In December 2013 I have applied for divorce in local family court as my wife has left me with out any reason and from December 2013 to till date the cort was issuing notice to her to present but she didn't present not even once now in the last hearing the judge said next issue of order. What is an order and in my case what might be the order that court may issue. Please share some knowledge on this.

dear sir, i had filed a review petition under section 114 read with 47 rule 1 against an order passed by sub-judge, my question is whether this review petition is maintainability or not and please help me for citation.

i am doing ma(eng) 2nd year which is correspondence degree and another b.ed degree. both degres together from different universities. are both degrees valid together as 1 is academic and another is professional

Dear Sir
We married under muslim personal law in 2011. Now My wife wants to change her religion legally. She wishes to tell the world that she belongs to no religion in all her legal documents-school certificates to passport. We are born muslims but do not practise it.
And she wants to re-marry me under special marriage act.
I have no problem if she changes her religion. I do not want to change.
In the above circumstances how do I fulfil her wish of changing her religion or legally declaring that she belongs to no religion.

Hi,
I have a query regarding buying Agriculture Land in Telangana/Andhra Pradesh States. I am a non farmer and don't have any agriculture land as of now. But I wish to buy agriculture land and do farming.
I heard that few states have rules wherein a non farmer cannot buy agriculture land, so do we have same rule here in Telangana/AP states.
Please can experts here clarify my doubts. Whether it is legal/possible for a non farmer to buy Agriculture land in Telangana/AP states.

Hi,
Last yr orders were passed in dvc n domestic violence was proved.
But my husband filed cr appeal stating im not liable fr maintenance and that the prev court ignored certain things.
Dear experts , in d cr appeal filed by him i am the respondent.
Please clarify if i am liable to attend the court regularly or its my husband to attend it as hes the petitioner.
Please share your insights.

Dear Sir,
Please allow to introduce myself as a Civil Contractor based in Pune.
I have been working with a reputed Construction Company of Mumbai for past one year.
Recently the Principal Employer has made it mandatory for all the Contractors to get registered under EPF act.
However my proprietary firm employes less than 20 employees directly or indirectly. On any given day the no of workmen of the site are less than 20 including the supervisory staff. We fail to understand that when the law does not compel us to register under EPF act, can the Principal Employer compel us to do so???
Please advice.

Dear experts,
I filed for interim maintenance u/s 24 of HMA after conciliation efforts failed. Family court gave us 3 months time to file counters. Kindly clarify:-
1. Whether the Family court can proceed with the trial without granting me interim maintenance, if my husband refuses to pay maintenance saying that he lost his job.
2. If he resigns for the job and joins a new company with out disclosing his present employment and income.
3. How can I prove his present employment and his income.

Dear Sirs,
Is it allowed to file a revision application when the matter is under investigation?
Case; brief; court has issued the order under 156 (3) to police to investigate against one & more person & a company under section 406, 419 & 420.
However the allegation made in application by complainant are totally false and matter is purely civil because this is sale purchase transaction. Because the complainant has failed to honour the terms of contract payment was not made. Hence he has approached police, checking the documents provided by the alleged, police denied to file the case then he applied to court for order under 156 (3). now the investigation has almost over but report yet to be filed.
Question is can we file the revision application into district court?

i m tenant of commercial shop which is disputed n the rent is paid by me in court. my landlord has disconnected my shop electicity n i have applied for the same in guwahati high court n i got the order for new connection by the honourable court n i have forwarded the same to assam electricity board(APDCL).According to the order the APDCL was asked to provide me the electricity with in 21 days but the ASEB has not given stating reason that they want leave space .Infact my shop is on road side n in front thr is footwalk .plz help n suggest me wht to do
