A witness makes an affidavit in evidence with few corrections/erasions made in the last para of the affidavit.
On cross examinations he states that he is not at all aware of the corrections made.
Can entire affidavit be dismissed in toto?

Dear Concerned,
I have applied for fresh passport in Nov2014, with voter ID, Aadhar card, 10th certificate and Annexure-F.
I had these certificates with reference to my permanent address. Tentatively we were residing in near by extension. I have shown the address which was occupied by my tenent. So, police has sent adverse report indicating that applicant is not staying in the address. For my near by location I does not had any proof. So PSK personnel suggested me to get a bank passbook in a nationalised bank by opening a new account in support of my new address. When I apporached again one more personnel in PSK suggested me get a certificate from the employer along with passbook. That i am unable furnish. What can do to get the passport done. Why PSK personnel is guiding these wrong aspects? If one person is suggesting other person will argue infact both of them are PSK and government personnel only. They behave in roude way and also they treat applicants like slaves? is it the way a responsible public servant behave in the society? During enquiry they hardly speaks for 2-3 mins after they starts to behave in a roude way. May be some personnel may be soft but I HAVE NOT MET ANY SUCH PERSONNEL [Exception APO] at BANGALORE due to my bad luck.
Driving licence is mentioned as a proof but they wont consider that why?

Thanks for all of your advice,
Today I received a call from Bank and he inform me to pay immediately the first installment (actually first payment within 7 days from the settlement date, i.e. 20th December, and now is more than 12 days), otherwise the bank will issue Warrant against me. The settlement letter the Bank will issue after 6 months., otherwise he inform me to pay atleast 25%. AND also I have received a email from the bank 2 days back informing me to pay the settlement amount before 31st otherwise the bank will taken action against me in applicable law.
Please Advice your legal opinion in this matter. Thanks & Regards, Rahul

Dear Sirs,
Request your expert advice on my case, the facts and queries of which are as follows: -
Facts of case:
I am working as Head - Finance & Accounts in a Company. My boss is the MD & CEO of the Company has held back my relieving letter. As per my appointment letter I have only 1 month notice period. I have resigned nearly 4 months back and my resignation got accepted conditionally 2.5 months back with completion of an activity. Now that activity has been completed but my boss is signing off the exit checklist and not issuing me relieving letter. Due to bad financial health, the Company has paid salary only for 2 months out of past 5 months. During this tenure I have suffered a lot on my health, family, savings, job opportunities, reputation, etc. I am feeling mentally harrassed and exploited.
Queries:
1. What all legal actions I can take to get the relieving?
2. Can I take any legal action against my boss and Company on the losses I suffered and the salary I haven't got? What are the Sections / clauses of concerned Acts under which action can be taken?
3. Can I file an FIR against my boss in this case?
Request:
Please suggest a legal course of action. Thanks in anticipation for the advice and support.
