whether parking areas in a commercial complex constructed under development agreement from Agreement-cum-GPA is amenable for taxation (capital gains) or value of car parking area cannot be assessed for assessing capital gain for owner of property?

A reputed bank credited cheque to my ac that belongs to some1.
Bank has given compliant in police station by saying "by mistake" the bank has credited
Police ppl gave notice saying under section 420 34th ipc has filed case and invited for enquiry
i replied to SI of station, police commissioner via registered post and directed them to file a suit in court since bank had created OD account with out consent of me
Now police has given 2nd notice to attend enquiry else action will be taken its seems
according to "Negotiable instruments act"
Cheque transactions cant be reversed and in this scenario bank has committed mistake and no protection to bank now wat should i do now

My father is no more with us after 2001. For his self-earned property (individual house @ Chennai Zone), we total my mother + 3 sons + 4 sisters are legal heirs (8).
I would like to buy shares of my siblings and register the house in my name. And also I would like to go for Bank Home Loan...
Kindly advise me on the legal procedures. Thanks!

Dear SIr/Madam
I'm complainant and filed a criminal case in CID WPC (CID's women protection cell)
The case is in progress in court. THe charges against accused(one guy and his parents total 3 members) are IPC 420, 406,and 506 for deceiving me with false marriage proposal and defraud for money.
Now they wanted to return my hard earned money and requesting to withdraw the criminal case which is currently on going in district court.
I don't want to file a compromise petition until I receive DD and encash it.
What's the actual procedure involved for out of court settlement? Pls help me

Dear Experts,
I Got Divorce in Aug. 2012, with custody of my 2 beloved sons. I hv been taking care of them since seperated in Dec. 2007. After divorce i m not interested in re-marriage as i already had a very bad experience in my past. Now i am very happy with my childrens. My ex-wife has already got married and also second divorce.
My question is Since my ex-wife name is mentioned as mothers name in my childrens school record, i wish to remove same which is very painfull to me and my children. I approched the principal of my childrens school and she told that unless i get remarried and found second mother for my childrens, they are unable to remove my ex-wife name from their school records. As it is clearlly mentioned in decree of divorce that she dont have any right upon my childrens in future and also she hv not claimed any custody since she has been living seperate for last 7 years and also got remarried, how i can remove her name from my and my childrens life which is very painfull to us. plz. reply.

A 9 years old boy belongs to barber community. His father is a Shrilankan refugee. Mother is Indian. I mentioned his cast only to clarify weather any particular reliefs could be claimed under any particular welfare schemes? 1 year before he lost all of his right leg fingers while going to school in bike with his grandfather. He sat as a pillion rider of his grandfathers bike while going to school. He got his leg slipped from footrest and stuck in between running spokes. No complaint/FIR filed. As the vehicle was driven by his grandfather they due to their ignorance failed to file FIR.To cure the injury Rs 300000/- has been spent by my client. Accident took place 1 year back. He had lost all of the leg fingers.
1. What are the reliefs/ compensations available for this boy?
2. Weather any ministry is there for scholarship?
3. What is the disability percentage for this boy?
4. Whether any free medical aid is available for plastic surgery?

Hello respected people,
I own a property jointly with my Ex Wife and now she wants to opt out her name from her share, so we agreed on a sum of settlement for her to release her share and give me her release deed, which is to be registered in the registrar's office. However this property is also on a joint loan . Please advise

My wife fights for small things and she will tell she want divorce and twice she left home, I went and bought her back, even her parents supports here and when ever she calls they say come back. She keeps rules like i should not send money to my parents and i should not give any gifts to them i accepted and i stopped giving money to my parents to save my marriage as I have 1 year old kid. she fought that i should call only once a week to my parents else she will leave home and go, then i started calling my parents from office, she checked my call records and she started fighting and she threated me that she will leave and go. she always want to goto her native place and again she went there and told she dont want to live with me, i was left with nothing and i said you do whatever u want. she stayed there for 10 days and she started threating if u wont come take me back i will suicide, i went and asked to come back again she is not ready to come back. I came back home alone, now she tells I will not come to your home and u should not come to my home. If i have to call my parents, i need to call only in front of her, i am totally blank what to do. please help me.

1) If Police unnecessary checking luggage steal some item and carry to Police Station without some genuine reason where to complaint against them
2) If BEST bus conductor misbehave during travel where to complain against them

Dear experts,
"A" person has prepared the Illigal WILL, "B" Person has done witnes signature, But "B" person said in sub court infort of honble Judge that WILL is illigal, and then "A" person could not prove this WILL... "A" person had gone to High court, in this period "A" person did many transaction on that WILL (that sold to many people again and again) no police involved becasue CIVIL case. third party had come to my land now, trying to occupy and with Jesus grace we got injection order from Madurai High court( but civil case is pending) When "A" "B" persons will take punishments bez they illigal WILL? for that what are all procedures in law? but my case is civil how will i inform Honerable Judge to make order to SP police to take action immediately... i am completely blind in this.. my advocate unessary take time... I dont know
