This is for my friend
My friend has 4 brothers 1 abroad and 3 in India in Bangalore with their family. My friend father has written a will in 2001 and he expired in 2012. Friend father has 2 houses and it was for 2 (including my friend) in a house and next for 3.
NOw after demise of friend father no brothers looking after friend mother . If his mother is ILL or wants to go to doctor for a routien check up or any requirements friend wants to take leave , and most often authorities cut salary . He is fed up and it matters friends family earnings
What is procedure to initiate that all brothers either turn wise to look after their mother

Please clarify whether any professsional working in the Company as CFO, CA or something else may approach to Labour Commissioner for his claiming gratuity or other grievenses against the Company or it is limited for workers only.

My uncle has written a will in 2003 .He is living . How long that will can be valid . Any need to renew though it has passes more than 10 years

Dear experts
i and my wife seperated six months back.now she is residing with her mother and father.we had kid of 2yrs and the kid is wd her.
ours is inter caste marriage but its nikha.
my wife is planning to give my son to her sister for adoption.so how can i stop this.
is fathers willing is not required for giving adoption? and my wife is working in govt sector so she is not in a position to take the child look after, her parents r looking after the child.
so how can i get my child custody..
