Domestic violence by son against mother

Respected Experts,
Kindly give remedy for under mentioned situation
This is case of my widow relative having a 35 years unmarried son who does nothing to earn his living and harasses his 61 years widow pensioner mother for money moreover he demands his to mother to transfer all her money in his account. He does manhandling with his mother, uses unparliamentarily language against her and threatens her to cause physical injury to her, moreover he prevents his mother from sleeping in night by switching on the lights and playing music system in night he himself sleeps in day to complete his sleep. Any relative or neighbours who assist this widow women in getting relief from domestic violence her son also threatens them and at an incidence he very harshly hit his uncle's son on head while uncle's son was assisting this widow women. We once filed a complain against him in POLICE in front of ASI he started acting as if he is insane and ASI went saying that he is insane and it is not the duty of police to treat insane as soon as ASI departed he again started his activities. In 2012 also a complaint was LODGED in WOMEN CELL in front of women cell officials he stared behaving like insane and they said बहन जी ये तो पागल है। We are very much problemed by this can we file a complain in DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ACT 2005. What is remedy for this widow women to get rid of the violence done by his son.
Hoping for your kind suggestion

Maintanance amount

Hi Ld. Experts,

Request your help to guide me on what should be the maintenance amount in case of Domestic Violence Act considering the below facts so that I can defend my case in next hearing as maintenance awarded to my wife is just high and excessive.

For a financial year (xx-xx)
a) Gross Total Income = xx
b) Deductions under (Chapter VI-A)=yy
c) Total Income (xx-yy)=zz
d) Total Interest and Tax Payable=bb
e) House Rent/annual=cc
f) Payment to my widow mother(annual) on account of senior citizen = ee

Many Thanks
Suman

Ipc 420

My cousin had been accused in IPC 420 in the year 2012 and he is out on the bail, but in terminal two years case does not proceed to the court since police have not filled the charge sheet till date. When we fitted the case status on the web site of the respective court it shows 'case disposed in the nature of contested judgement' but now he has been named by the police for investigation. Now catch is if the case is thrown out then why the police are addressing for an investigation and are there any chances of rearrest in the event.
What next?

Pertaining to above case, police has called him since they want to submit a charge sheet in the court. They are also asking him attendance diary for last two years. But he was attending police station for 7 months later respective IO said now it is not mandatory you to attend the police station. And now they are asking such diary?
What will be further process now?

Appointment as executor of will

I have been appointed as an executor in my father's will. As an executor;

1. What are the formalities I need to complete for the purpose of executing the instructions laid down in the will?

2. Can any of the other inheritors in the will challenge my appointment as an executor? In a such case, what will be the procedure to execute the instructions of the will?

3. Am I personally or legally liable. If so, please let me know under what circumstance I will held liable under law?

4. Can my personal property, whether individually or jointly held, be attached if I am found to liable for any misinterpreting any instruction of the will while executing the same?

Please reply

Thanks and Regards

Thumb impression instead of signature

My uncle is old and sick. He isn't in a position to sign. He tried it few times on a sheet of paper but can't do it.

Can his thumb impression be used on official papers including will, property, bank, ...?

Is there a need to make any additional document stating that he can't sign anymore? What is this document called and where is it available?

Is thumb impression valid even for those who can or used to sign (earlier)?

Thanks a lot.
