My client have registered a Power of attorney in name of one of the person who have misused it and regarding this my client have written letter to Police station informing ab the forgery. Now my client have issued legal notice and public notice as well to cancel the POA but now he wants to get cancellation deed registered but sub-registrar is not ready to cancel the POA in absence of POA holder. kindly suggest other way to cancel POA. POA is revocable general POA

the land owner has give regd power of attrony to builder for sell the house. The purchaser have applied for loan in bank to purchase house. But question who will recived the sell amount either power attr holder or land owner .sec ondly who will sign in sale deed ie land owner or poa. Poa is valid for feb15.kindly clarify. How will bank finanace

Hello,
I've an ongoing regular case in double bench at High Court. Its getting delayed for 4-5 years. My lawyer says I've to wait and there's no way to get it listed for early hearing. There've been a few dates but it always get further dates due to one reason or the other.
I'm feeling tired with all this. Have become heart patient now but don't know how long I've to wait.
Please guide me if there's any way I can get my case listed for an early hearing.

sir, my grandfater sell entire agricuture land in the year 2012.and such agriculture land is ancestral .such land transfer from my great grnadfather .then what procedure take to claim share in such property

Sir, i have filed a criminal complaint u/s 156(3) and the same is pending for consideration on 20.01.15. At the time of filing of complaint i have forgot to file "fehrist- list of documents" and list of witnesses. now i want to submit these documents in court.
kindly guide me is there any need to move an application to add these documents in my file. if yes, then under which section i can move an application for adduce these documents.
or i can directly hand over these documents to magistrate with verbal request to put in file the above stated documents.

Hi,
Our housing society is in getting the drainage system connected to the main drainage on the road with the help of bmc.The plan that they have made is affecting 4 homes as the drainage pipes are going to be laid through their compounds. Two members are ok with this decision but the other two are not agreeing. What are the rights that the "non agreeing" members have so that this construction does not go ahead and what steps can be taken to stop the society from constructing this drainage?

Plaintiff got oral information about transfer of property on the name of defendant in may 2011.
Thereafter in 2011, Plaintiff apply for documents in respect of this to government office under RTI & got copy of Sale Deed in 2012.
Now Plaintiff wants to file suit for declaration that this sale deed be cancelled & set aside.
Article 59 of the Limitation Act is attracted. It say that limitation period is 3 years:
When the facts entitling the plaintiff to have the instrument or decree cancelled or set aside or the contract rescinded first becomes known to him.
From when the limitation period will be calculated from 2011 or from 2012 ? Please reply.

I received a summons from Income Tax department to attend before the officer within a week & furnish all income documents since 2008.Unfortunately,I am now in Middle east working here since 2012.So,what should I do now?Please advise...

I've registered my small startup computer related business through a agency on 13-Jan-15. They have provided a 1 page certificate 'Form C' (computer generated).
My question :
1. Is this the only certificate we get?
2. If i need to re-generate the same where is the option (link?)
3. I can find my detail under option 2. (please refer the attached image) but unable to locate under option 3.
Option 3 says if the Cerficate is issued (in the last column)
Is my business is really registered as it is not showing up on option 3 list?
Please help me, unable to start my regular work without the papers.
