if a central government employee join state govt through proper channel by direct recruitment. is he entitled to his protection of pay+DA and other allowances or only his basic pay will be protected.
for example some state are giving fixed pay during probation and if a central govt employee join state govt will he also get fixed pay or at least pay+DA he was drawing at his last post.

Hello Sir/Madam,
Mein Jaipur se hoon. Mere dada ki property Alwar mein hain. Jisme 10 dukane (shops) uske uper makan (house) hain us se 100 mtr k distance per ek sabji mandi ka godam hain.
Mere pita ji mentally disturbed hain. Meri 2 sister hain jinka mujhse or meri mother se pichle 25 sallo se koi naata nhi rha.
Meri date of birth 1988 hain meri mata or pita ji ka divorce 1993 mein hua tha.
sir ab meine poori property per stay laga rkha hain..
Mere father ki 3 sister or hain jinke bache bhi hain...
Badi wali siser (bhua) expire ho gyi hain.
Kya aap mujhe bta skte hain ki mera mere dada ki property mein kya hissa milega.
please explain in details sir.

Dear All,
Me & my partner had purchased the 1RK in vasai-Thane on loan,i am co-borrower.
Now we are going to separate so i want to take the complete ownership of my house thru gift deed.My partner is also agreed.
Plz advice is this the correct way to take complete ownership also want to know is this possible for my partner to cancel the gift deed in future & what will be the stamp duty & registration fee.MY flat market value is 150000/-

Hi,
I have this question about the interpretation of "right to conserve ones language and script" which is a part of Indian constitutional rights.
If a person living in an area/state where a certain language (that language being one of the scheduled languages) happens to face problems in using the citizen facilities whether governmental/non-governmental, (like schools for example), can that be contested as a violation of said right of the citizen, in that area?
To take the example further, for example, I want to admit my daughter in a specific good school and I want to ensure my daughter is taught in the medium of local language which also happens to be my language. And if any school (governmental or private) denies that opportunity to me and my daughter due to not having the capability to teach in the local language, then isn't it violation of our right?
If somebody could write a detailed answer to this, it would be truly enlightening for me!
Also, if the answer to this happens to be that - it is in fact a violation of our right. Then, what legal/constitutional recourse do I have to ensure that my right is honored?

Hi Expert,
I was working with one of company falls under shop & establishment act as AM Manager.I have recovery of notice period of 80 days,due to medical ground i could not serve & i found management unsupportive during health issue..i have requested management to waiver off but found not supportive on my case. My Recovery has been included on gross.In appointment letter it is clearly mentioned that notice will b recover from salary & other allowances..

I got married on 2007 and my wife desserted me on early 2008. Its been almost 7 yr now. I have filed a divorce case and its still pending for 5 yrs. I had filed a complaint on 2008 in all womens police station asking my wife to come and stay with they had given a written statement that they would come and stay but they never turned up . I then sent a legal notice through my lawyer and after that I filed for Divorce. I am already paying MC and in DV I am asked to pay 50000/-
1. My point is that I came to know if a husband and wife leave separately for 7 yrs without any living relationship than the marriage gets dissolved automatically and they are no more husband and wife as per Hindhu Marriage Law. ( Honble judge in the DV judgement has clearly mentioned that inspite of several attempts made by me for renunion the wife has not accepted and preferred to stay with parents and not taken any step for reunion)
How far the statement is true. Do I have to file any petition to get divorce legally.
Can I get remarried without legally getting divorced and as my wife is not interested in continuing with me.

Child's surname
Mine has been an inter-caste hindu marriage. I haven't changed my surname after marriage. I want my children to have my maiden surname. I feel this is one of the reasons why girl child is unwanted in our country, as she is unable to pass on her family name. I want to now if this is permissible under Indian law. Whatever research I have done so far says no. kindly advise me
