Regarding the family dispute of my daughter(Hindu) is in lower court of Delhi: Married to a Muslim boy by converting to Islam 10 yrs ago. Having 2 girls of 7 and 4 yrs. He said Talak 3 yrs back. During the stay with him, she had been subjected to torture all the time. He has taken the elder child with him 3 yrs back. Now the case is for the possession of children from both. She is ready to leave the elder, if he agree to give younger to her permanent custody.
Alternatively she want to transfer the case to her native state Karnataka, so that she can live with the younger child in Karnataka.
Sir, can you give good advice on the subject to speed up the process. Because,even though after the court order she is not getting any compensation from him. Parents only taking care of all the expenses in Delhi and she is just there to attend the court case only.

1. Can a person having power of attorney further execute power of attorney with respect to same property in favour of 3rd person? What is legal status of that 2nd attorney?
2. If A Gaven POW to B for construction on certain land of A. Now C interfer in construction work. Now can A file criminal case against C or only B is competent to filec riminal case against C.
I search some judgements but I cudnot find answer so plz if any judgemt on these point kindly cite.

Hi,
I am about to purchase a land, which was GPA registered (Power of attorney) in 1990, the POA agent then registered the land to his wife on 2014 (after 24 years), which is now came for sale. How long is the validity of the Power of attorney valid? Is it advise to buy this land? Is only life certificate enough to execute the document?
How do we find if principal has cancelled the power of attorney after 1990? Is it must to register the cancel the power of attorney?
Please advise. Thanks in advance.

I filed case agaist qmy husband nd hus family domestic violence and 498 a.. but no action agaist him.. he gave bribe to i.o to make chargesheet in favor of him... this is his second marriage.. in first his ex wife had filed such cases... no lessons for him nd his family.. what can i do to give lessons sothat he nd his family nevwr think to desroy nlife of other gal

We had rented our apartment under 11 month license agreement , 2.5 yrs back. The tenant stopped paying rent after 1st six month. We had given notice for eviction immediately after completion of 11 month contract. We next went to a lawyer who served them notice for eviction. Unfortunately, even after discontinuation of electricity and water supply they are still occupying. The court notices have failed to evict them. Our lawyer has put a petition for non payment of rent, he says that the papers in the court are missing after the court summon.
Can you help us with suggestion

Hi Sir,
This is Jafarali Shaikh,I was working with organization called Embibe and i have joined that organization on 16 Nov 2014 and on 16 dec 2014 they have terminated me because of non-performance. As per the company law which is written in my offer letter that if any party terminates you within 30 days than that party have to pay 15 days salary,but my company is not giving me that amount and still i have not received my salary for that 16 days which i have worked with that organization and every time they are giving me the next date .what should i do to get that salary and termination amount and how can they judge my performance within 30 days and i was performing well as per training given to me but my assistance manager says that i am doing wrong but i was doing perfect as per knowledge given to me and even they have not given me a perfect training it was just like get yourself self trained.
Plzz help me in this...

sir my cousin brother want to marry a girl who is already married , and this girl's marraige is only on paper and they do not stay together ever, mrg is just for name purpose and now they ready for divorce by Mutual Consent but quiry is about, my cousin want to register for court mrg with this girl, so it is necessory for girl to take devorce before they will register in court for mrg with my cousin and another quiry is about girl,her earlier court marrige is in another state, now this girl can register for divorce from delhi or from other state, and and it is total days for this procedure, it can be possile in day or week if both parties are ready for devorce?and document require for divorce procedure?

Execution of decree
A, B and C are three brothers, respectively Elder Middle and Younger. Their mother owned a three storied house constructed through her own earnings. She made a will for her house stating that all the three brothers are jointly owners of the house after her death. After her death, A filed a civil suit in civil court stating that the other two brothers depriving him of his share and court should intervene to get his share in the property. B and C replied and filed written statement in the civil court. An amin commission was deputed by the court and he submitted his report. After that, all the three brothers filed a compromise as per report of amin commission stating that ground floor is occupied by Mr. A, first floor is occupied by Mr. B and second floor is occupied by Mr. C and all the three brothers are agreed to take the floors in possession of them to be their share in the property. The court decree the case as per their compromise. But, the possession of the second floor actually was of the son of Mr. A and he is not giving possession to Mr. C. Around 10 years have passed, now Mr. C wants to get possession of second floor which is in possession of son of Mr. A. Whether any case for execution of decree is helpful to Mr. C or what is the remedy available to Mr. C for getting possession of second floor?
