Hi All,
I need a major advice from you all.
I was working with a small private firm in Bangalore which made me sign a bond of 18 months and as a security deposited my Class 10th and 12th certificates. The compensation that the employee had to pay was 1.8 lacs if he breaks the bond. The pay was also very minimal there (only 5.3k monthly in 2011).
I had no options but to join at that time but later I left that company just like that and was not able to reclaim my documents as they were asking for 1.8 lacs.I served this company only for 3 months. (In a way I absconded from work)
I got a better opprotunity and I found a new job. Once I got a call from that company and they wanted me to talk and negotiate on the terms of the pay but I told that I would not be able to pay any amount.
Now I need to get my documents back and its almost been 3-4 years since then.
If I contact them will that in anyways hamper my current job if they find out where I am working ?
Or will I have to pay the amount ?
Please can you all advise if in any way I can claim back my document.
The bond copy that they made me sign is with them and I do not have the copy of it as they did not give.
Please suggest me what to do.
They have not takes any action in regards to the service agreement.
Another option for me would be to get a duplicate copy issued from my Board, but if there is any way if I can get the same copy back from them that would be great as due to some hectic work schedule I am unable to travel and complete the process of getting a duplicate copy issued from my Board.
Please advice on this
many thanks
Sanjay

Sir
I need your expert advice on my case
We have two agricultural land in Guhagar (Maharashtra) district, called A & B
“A” is owned by my uncle & “B” owned by my uncle and dad
My uncle died few years back and that time we came to know that Land “A” was bought by uncle as a Main member of family (My dad is younger).
Now since my uncle is no more and his hereafter i.e Aunty and her childrens are ready to share the ownership of land with my dad.
Accordingly we draft an agreement where my uncles hereafter are ready to share the ownership in 50-50 % with my dad.
Agreement is on 500 Stamp paper
Pls confirm whether the notary is ok to avoid future dispute or do we need to get it register
if you have any further advice then pls share

A will written by the husband for his property to her first and second wife. Will came in force after his death. No dispute against the will and the will property was shared according to the will. Sons of the first and second wife received the will property according to the A and B schedule of will. Patta changed in their names and sold the will property against their share leaving only 17 cents punja land by the first wife son. Now the first wife's son files a suit for partition without disputing will for equal share. Whether the suit is maintainable at this stage where the suit properties are in the hands of 3rd party possession. More over will property were already partitioned. Is there one more partition eligible.

Encumbrance certificate reading
Hi,
I am planning to buy a particular residential house with 5 cent plot in the surroundings of Ernakulam (Kochi, Kerala). When I checked the Encumbrance certificate, I see an entry like 'Principal Munsif Ernakulam Release Order', OS 195/88, in EP. 507/03, EA No 195/03
This entry was made in year 2003. From then onwards the property has been with my current seller.
I don't understand what does this Release order or case number indicates.
Is it Ok to purchase the plot.
Regards,
Soorya
