Our society have some members who have not registered their flats yet. Since their non-registration of flats we use to raise them bills as "OCCUPANTS" and also in society nameplates we have just mentioned the flat no. and NOT their names.
Now they are asking their names should appear on nameplates even though they have not registered their flats and have sent a letter to managing committee.
My question is, can society raise bills in their names and show their names on society name plates, even when their flats are not registered?
Please advice.

sir i joined in isro in 2010 after getting relieved from technical resignation from south central railway on grade pay 2400 to 4600 but iam willing to rejoin in my home departement on lower grade pay without loosing my seniority and past service whether it is possible?

Dear Sir,
I have submitted my resignation to the company on 12-12-2014 with a 2 month notice period ending on 12-02-2015 after discussing the same with HR personnel, but the company relieved me without prior information on 14-01-2015.Above over this parts of my salary (sometimes 10%,sometimes 5%, sometimes 25% ) are being held by the company without giving any suitable reasons.
Till now I have not been paid my salary for the month of December 2014 and also for 13 days I have worked in the month of January. When I enquired for the total amount payable to me the company is only agreeing to pay amount apart from my incentives which are mentioned in my offer letter.
The management has replied that no Performance incentive will be provided for all the business brought by me as the company is in losses. The Business brought by me is close to 1.2 Cr. in 1 year.
Please advice me if I can claim for my incentives and if i can then how.

A case was filed by acb against my sister's father in law in disproportionate assets case during 1988 and the case was disposed by supreme court i.e. curative petition. The curative petition disposed during oct. 2012 and so far a c b officials have not taken any action. As per the ruling of the court, 1 year rigorous imprisonment and seizure of assets. both the things have not taken place. the accused is still enjoying the benefits of the immovable properties i.e. rents and in the meanwhile without any fault on the part of my sister i.e. his daughter in law removed from the house. we are planning to file a case against his son and he is acting as per the tune of father and all his sisters are supporting him. Injustice has done to my sister,whois facing problems with his 3 daughters with marriage age. They are very poor and intend to avail legalaid.
pl inform how to pr0ceed in the matter.

i have some issues with my wife and she left my home in 2007.she went her parents home with my 2 years son and put a false case of 498a & domestic violence.both are runnig still today.in 2011 she send me a notice about injunction of property.after some days she published a AAM SOOCHNA in a leading news paper saying that i torchered her,demanded for dowry,forcibly bring her out etc.it has not been decided from court that i am culpit still today then how can she feel me ashamed before thousand people through paper news.can i put a petition against her for my defamation u/s 500,501 or other section may be pls advise

i have some issues with my wife and she is living with my inlaws since 2007 with my son borned in 2005.i got married in 2003.my father was expired in 1988 and grand father expired in 1998.my wife put a property injunction case in my city trial court on behalf her and son.my lawyer saying that there is no VAAD KAARAN according hindu act 1956.he tried to dismiss wrong case by putting 7/11 petition but trial court rejected it.i didnot appeal in high court for this rejection and time for appeal has gone away.trial court timepass is teasing me.Is there any other way to quash this case in applying high court if there is no cause of action arise.my wife admitted in court about my son birth year and death year of father and grand father when her statement were taken

I have filed a suit against an occupant of my house property in Mumbai. This was given on gratuitous license basis to him by my mother in 1982. My mother died in July 2011 & in May 2014 I terminated his License. In reply to the notice the occupant claimed that he had purchased the property from my mother. I am paying Property Taxes, the land records & Property Tax are in my mothers name. I Filed a suit in mall causes court. In WS the defendant falsely claims that he paid Rs.2,00,000/- to my mother (No Receipt)towards sale, So he claims that he is the owner. Also in the WS he claims that if he is not granted ownership then he should be given Licensee Rights. Further he also claims that he use pay property tax to us (which is false statement) & he has also paid Non-Agricultural Tax (which is because he is staying there so he got hold of the demand notice & paid about 4-5 times from 1982 to 2014) based on these payments he is claiming tenancy rights also i.e. if his claim of ownership is not accepted. My Query is can a defendant make such contradictory demands in single suit.

I have shifted from Chandigarh to Hyderbad in 2012 .I had been filing I.tax returns till 2011 at Chandi garh.But after shifting to Hyderabad I had filed return for 2011-12 by online giving the Ward no. as per my residence in Hyderabad.But as per my PAN no. the jurisdiction is still shown as Chandigarh since I have not intimated change of address to Income tax office through NSDL.My income from other sources is Rs 800000/=appx. for 2013-14.I sold my house in Chandigarh in 2013 and constructed another house in Hyderabad.My question is ,can I still file my income tax return for 2013-14 (FY)manually at Chandigarh or I have to file in HYDERABAD .Now I don't have any residential address in Chandigarh.
