elaborating my query further, my mother is married since 31st may,1984...she is part of 7 brother and sisters(3 brothers and 4 sisters).she stands 4 in the row..after 2 sisters and one brother.MY NANAJI DIED LAST YEAR BUT MY MANIJI IS STILL ALIVE.my nanaji had on his name huge property in the form of many lands and houses in village in bihar.he also still possesses on his name a big apartment in kolkata which is also built on the land which was buyed by him(actually the whole apartment was broken and restructured by a kolkata based promoter)..as a result of which after the reconstruction the promoter gave him 1 flat as share of the land but my nanaji payed 23 lacs(saved and fixed by him) to buy the remaining 2 flats to give to his other two sons.much before he had 5 cars which he gave to his 3 sons but eventually all 3 of them sold the cars after earning from them and buyed new cars of their own choice.now i want to know that does my mom has any share in those property??? if yes then please tell me under what provisions she has what share in which category,that is in the lands,houses,flats,cars,fixed money used to buy flats..etc...there is also one fact that my nanaji had made NO "WILL" before his death..so i want to know that can my naniji can stand as a problem in my mother getting her share of property??? actually the reason behind all this is that my all 3 'mamaji' keep my parents bullying..and they have spoken many ill words of us(trying to defame us in the society),they think they are superior to us coz of the huge property that they boast of...so we are planning to revenge them this way to break their confidence of confidently bullying everybody.one more point to include that all these property have been earned only by my "NANAJI" by all means..and their is not a single penny invested by any of my "MAMAJI" in all these property..so please help me at the earliest possible to help me carry out all my proceedings.

My friend is in love with her maternal uncle's son-in laws (daughter's husband) 5th brother...They both are planning to get married, will this be a valid marriage? Because in their home they are not allowing them to marry, stating the relation between she and that boy is brotherhood/sisterhood relation type.
Kindly solve this issue, so that they can marry legally.

Sir, i have two separate queries. Husband had filed divorce and then wife filed 498a on husband. as the 498a trial was in progress, husband did not appear in the divorce proceedings.Court gave few dates and finally showcaused husband.
1)can husband reply in showcause that 498a trial was in progress so he can not attend the divorce proceedings.
2)can husband amend the divorce suit to include 498a as additional ground for cruelty?
please suggest

A company is a lessee for an office property. In the main lease deeds , there is a clause which mentions that the lease is between the lessor and the lessee company along with its affiliates.
If the company (lessee) assigns the leased land to its own subsidiary / affiliate , will it require registration under the Indian registration act ? What if the subsidiaries/affiliates were named in the main deed itself ?
Will there be two answers to this question based on the following scenarios

In my society, Managing committee members are selected on the basis of preference and reference and no formal election is being conducted? Committee formed in such a way should be considered as valid? please confirm

I staying in Mumbai since my Birth, as have got ancestors property in Gujarat, since 1999, as I have all mu Documents in Mumbai Ration Card, Election Card, Pan Card & have done School & College from Mumbai. As I have applied for Loan (Kisan Credit Card), few Months Backs, The Banks in Gujarat asked me Ration Card & Election Card, when I gave them of Mumbai they didnt took & they request me to submit the Residential & ID Proof of Gujarat only, So I transferred my Ration Card & Election Card from Mumbai to Gujarat.
As I am still staying & working in Mumbai, I have learned from one of my friend that as I am working here I am Ordinary Citizen of Mumbai as per People's Representation Act 1950, even If I have cancelled my Voter ID from Mumbai & Shifted to Gujarat,
Can any One Guide me on this of which State I am Ordinary Citizen, I was also applying for Change of Address in my UID Card (Aadhar) from Mumbai to Gujarat, as Banks are asking me the AADHAR Card for Subsidiary against my Loan Interest as the Loan is against Agricultural Land.

I had lodged a complaint with the society registrar even through they had visited the society no action was initiated saying registrar will not take any action basis the complaint raised by single member and that first I should approach the society committee and get it resolved.
Later came to know that he was bribed not to take any action since all the allegations were of serious nature.
Please guide how to proceed about it

Cancellation of gift deed
My Grand Mother Expired 10 Years Ago. As Per Wares Certificate The Land Is Divided Into Three Portions And Mutation is Also prepared Separately But Deviation Deed is not prepared.Now One Of The Three Person Again Gifted His Land To An Another Person And Mutation Is Also Prepared.
My Question Is How To Cancel The Gift Deed If The Gifted Person Is Desired To Cancel ?
