Non acceptance of donation from a donor

Dear experts.we as a charitable organisation can we say no or non accept to the donation from a regular donor who is donating for more than 10 years..recently we had encountered with donor's daughter for not considering her request to sell the product which are not in our catalogue and which is unethical ..donor's daughter communicated to her father with false accusation on male manager. now the father would like to give a complaint against the manager and sue him a criminal case which is untrue.. however the manager has submitted an incident report to the organisation and also others who were present at the office. according to the policy of the organisation the manager is absolutely right ....to protect the reputation of the manager the organisation will give him a full support if the donor proceeds to court. now the organisation is not happy with the donor's attitude as he would proceed further to harm the manager and the organisation intentionally hence we would appreciate is there any law that we can say no to his donation and ask him not to step in at the office.. we had a personal talk with the donor and requested him to avoid such incidence in future and if possible avoid donating to us but he said then return all my donation which was given from the beginning. please guide us in this situation we are not interested in his donation and also his entry

Is interim possession possible pending suit

The will mad by my late husband in favour of his brothers son in respect of a flat in Delhi was rejected by court for probate based on my objection. But his family is occupying the flat since 2008 as I was serving in army and posted out always. Now I am not allowed to enter.
I have filed a suit to declare will null and void as well as for possession and handing vacant possession against defendant.
Due to delay in case and my retiring shortly can I move application for ad interim possession of a portion of flat so I can have place to live till disposal of civil suit. Is there any law for this or can court do this under inherent powers?

The case is pending for evidence and may take 3 years more but I have only 6 months to retire.

Grandfather property

Hello Experts,

My Grandfather brought house by his own hard earned money. He is expired in 1995 and still property is on my grandfather name only.
My grandfather has three legal hires and each one has 1/3 rights.
1) Son (my father) - expired
2) Daughter - alive
3) My grandmother - alive

Now my aunty is going to give release deed for 1/3 share to me with complete money settlement But if she is giving directly to me with release deed then stamp duty is 8% so to avoid this i am planning that she will give the release deed to her mother (my grand mother) then my grandmother will write the WILL with favour to me to give her 2/3 rights (existing 1/3 + new 1/3 = total 2/3). But we are not going to register the Will due to my grandmother health condition. so we are going to write unregistered Will.

Here my doubt is, after my grandmother expire, based on the legal hire - is my aunty or my aunty's son came again and challenge the will and ask her 1/2 rights from my grandmother's 2/3 rights on property ? is it possible and please advice the right approach.
