Respected Sir/Madam,
In DV case which filed in 8/2013, lower Court interimly ordered to pay 10000/-PM out of take home salary from the date of filing of application. (At that time my tot Salary was 31000/-, take home salary was 17000/-)
I appealed to the higher court and court dismiss the appeal.
After this the lower court in Feb-2015 is ordered to pay the balance amount of Rs.190000/- for 19 months within 3/3/2015 and after that 10000/-PM till dispose of the case.
But in meantime I got suspended from Govt.Service since lost 9 months and Gross Salary is 19000/- and take home salay is 4000/-.
when I asked my Lawyer to bring my salary details to lower court, he told that it is not possiblearrange the money and give it to my wife on 3/3/2015 without fail, otherwise court will ordered to arrest me.
Since the order passed by lower court is interim and my take home salary is 2 times lower than compensation amount, Is it any provision to approach the lower court to review the interim order in view of my present financial condition?

Hello Sir,
I own a patta land with chitta everything in my name. I have also reconfirmed and got a new-reapplied patta last week from the VO but today the same VO is saying that my land isnt not mine anymore and I cant sell since the old owner has won the legal case. EC is also in my name. I asked how did you gave me the patta etc, he said it will always be your name through out your life. If judgement is in his favour, how did they give me the patta and EC for so many years had been with no problems? I have even the CHitta and Adangal in my name.
IF there such chance that I have a patta and land is someone's? Wont I be intimated that I am losing the land? I can see many lost their land but not mine , now they are saying i also lost despite of having the PATTA.
I live in chennai,
Tks

Dear Sir, We are two brothers and one sister. We sold the property owned by our father. The buyer paid entire money in cash. Half of the money was deposited in my account (in cash) and half in my brothers account (in cash). Our sister was not given any share in the money. Also we do not have any proof that the money deposited came from selling the ancestral property. From my share of the money I bought a flat and included my sister's name as one of the buyers. I paid all the money from my account through cheque. The sale deed was registered in the names of both me and my sister.
Now due to some financial problems I want to sell the flat but my sister is not giving her consent. Given that all the money was paid from my account through cheque (which is proof enough that it was my money that was used in buying the flat) can I sell the entire flat without her consent. Or can I sell only my share of the flat. Please advise.

A was terminated without giving notice as per appointment order. Claim was made under registered letter and also referring to the Labour Commissioner. As the employer is unwilling to settle the account on concocted stories, the labour commissioner advised A to take up the matter through labour court. Will some one guide me under which section and act I can move the labour court.

Not allowing students into class.
Please give solution to the following problem [Pondicherry Central University] .
A Lecturer is is not allowing 36 students to his classes as they failed one of his subject in the previous semester.
They requested him a lot, there is no use even they brought the same issue to the notice of the HOD.
All they are my neighbor department students.
The lecturer is one of the senior in that department and the students are afraid of him [the said lecturer] to complain to the university authorities regarding this as because he will take some other subjects in the coming semesters.
Please suggest, what to do in this context.?
